      I ordered a pillow on August 3, ************************************ *******. I ordered it in white. I paid with ******* I immediately saw the pillow was going to be black and a canvas was added to the order. I immediately sent a message asking the order be cancelled. The company removed the canvas but has done nothing else. They don't communicate and I have no idea what the status of the order is. I tried to make sure they didn't ship the order and I just wanted a refund. I have no idea what is going on.

      You sent me the company's response which was their offer to send a pilow in the correct color.  I rejected the offer because I had asked them from the beginning to cancel the order even before I was charged and when they charged me, I asked for a refund.  I did everything in my power to contact them before I was charged and the item was shipped but they ignored me and they charged me and shipped the item.

      Looking back now, I guess I should have accepted the offer of a pillow in the correct color because it looks like that was all I was going to get.  If it is too late because I rejected the offer originally, so be it.

      Did you close the case?  If it isn't too late, contact the company and tell them I accept their offer.  Thank you.

      Purchase made from what turned out to be a spam post in a ************** (that I thought verified members!!) I used PayPal and have filed a case with them. The PayPal receipt lists gearlaunch.com: *************** and ************************************** The receipt from the scammer came from goontopclass.com and my email to them was bounced back.

      Our organization's ******** comments are FULL of scam accounts being created to share and market fake merchandise with our brand on it. These accounts have no affiliation with our organization and are tricking our followers into buying the merchandise thinking it is supporting our nonprofit. I spend time everyday going through and reporting each ******** comment and fake profile and then deleting and blocking them. I have reached out to GearLaunch before and they deleted one, but more and more just keep popping up. They are not doing anything to proactively prevent this from happening. No one should be able to sell merchandise with our logo and profit off of it while misleading the people who support our organization.

      GearLaunch takes intellectual property rights very seriously and is committed to taking steps to limit allegedly infringing activity. Also, GearLaunch acts to promptly remove any allegedly infringing items on its platform of which it is notified.

      GearLaunch will inform the owner of the website that he/she is in violation of his/her agreement with GearLaunch and will work to ensure the items mentioned are removed promptly as soon as you send us the corresponding links. Please send them to ****************************.

      Regarding the ******** posts and profiles, please report those to ******** support directly.

      I have just submitted my 29th takedown request for stores on the GearLaunch platform selling unauthorised merchandise featuring copyright artwork and logos taken from my business. ******************************** the last 6 months.Although the platform does respond to these takedown requests, its basically 'whac-a-mole' - as soon as one gearlaunch store is shut down, another one opens up, selling the same s***** quality rip-off merchandise to an unsuspecting public. And GearLaunch gets a cut of every sale.There may be legit artists and manufacturers using gearlaunch to sell their products. But the simple fact is that the platform takes no responsibility for monitoring and curtailing the illegal content that exists on the platform.Do not sell your work through gearlaunch.Do not buy anything from a site that is 'powered by gearlaunch'.Its a scam.

      I ordered an item from them. The order has not been received. They lied and said it was shipped, when it was not. They told me the the item was to arrive 4 days ago. The company under GearLaunch, was RichTeesPlaza. I actually sent an email with a follow up email. The company actually deleted their email. On their support page, it lists a phone number that references an email address they have deleted. I ordered a T-shirt on 3 May 2024. The order number is Order #OR_T333EWM.

      I saw an add on my daughters school ******** page to purchase gear for her graduating class. I paid through PayPal from my bank account for $92.19 worth of gear. The items arrived today and its very apparent that they screenshot her school logo and added the graduating year. The logo is completely blurry and the year is in a different type. I went back to find the post from the ******** page and its been taken down along with any info. The package came without any info or receipt and I cant find any receipt in my emails or texts. I looked up the company and complaints about them scamming people go all the way back to three years ago. I want to return the items for a full refund as they are unusable.

      This company carries third party sellers who misrepresent their affiliation with trustworthy businesses. I purchased something from tm-asics online who misrepresented their product and their affiliation with the ***** Marathon and Asics. The product was not as represented. I contacted the seller and they have refused to issue a refund.
