      I work for **** and ordered two shirts on 3/4/24 with rush delivery between 4/8/24-3/12/24. No tracking and I have been ignored. Sent several emails and no reaponse. Calied during "business hours" and an automated message says you can only use chat. Chat bots claim that shirts are "printing" and will ship soon. That was last week and I want a refubd or else I will get my credit card company involved. I have saved all correspondence. I want a refund! Order # is: OR_S0XK1C8

      Hello,

      Thank you for contacting us. Our customer service team has been in touch with you regarding the status of your order since March 8. We see that you selected rush printing which means your order was rushed into production instead of waiting for the countdown to be done and printed with the rest of the batch. As stated in our site, any order can take up to 5 business days for processing. Because our products are made to order, we don't guarantee delivery dates, we can only offer an estimation.

      I purchased 2 T-shirts for $72 including shipping and Sales Tax. Image on shirts was of VERY POOR quality. I complained. usabivity.shop/gearlaunch could not guarantee better quality and decided to refund me. OK, but THEY KEPT THE ***** TAX AND REFUSED TO REFUND IT. It is not a lot of money but they have defrauded me and the ******************* by refusing this. All I ask is return my sales tax; $6.04

      I am rejecting this response because:
      You have refused to refund state tax I paid you. Not a FEE, you have refused to refund ** state sales tax I paid. You refunded ONLY the cost of the poorly made item. The money is not yours and had you made an acceptable product would go to the ***********. This may possibly be illegal as well.

      I ordered a breast cancer survivor shirt..they have not responded to any emails, phone number doesn't work, I ordered on February 12th..I have not even received a tracking number or confirmation email..I paid ***** total..I was to arrive today...but nobody has responded... nothing I have tried is working..I believe this was a scam and they are still advertising on **********

      The company is facilitating a scam artist who has stolen our trademarked logo of our organization and trying to sell it on ******** posts using their site. Though we are aware of the fraud is likely not of their own. It would seem that safeguards should be further established where the sale of such items is not accomplished without understanding or proof of trademarked logos and such items. Our logo was for the ******************************

      I purchased a sweatshirt through Colorsandcrafts.com on 12/26. This site is facilitated through GearLaunch. The order was placed and a confirmation sent with the funds being removed from my account immediately. The status page of the order remains in progress but any attempt to access the ColorsandCrafts site are met with 403 errors. The site in its entirety no longer exists. I attempted to reach out to both the colorsandcrafts support and GearLaunch support but all I received was an email asking me to rate the service I received (which was none). I have double checked my junk folders and inboxes, but have received no follow up. It appears my ticket was closed without any response. At this point it would appear the site was created as a scam and I will not be receiving a product. I wish to receive a full refund for this matter.
