      I purchased a sweatshirt from their company, Jippy98 on Sept. 28th, 2022. To date I haven't received anything. I have sent several emails and tried calling them, but all you get is a voice mail. The cost of the shirt was $42 &$8.36 tax and shipping and handling. I want to contact the Attorney General, especially after visiting other sites and seeing the complaints against this company cut I'll keep it here unless they won't cooperate.

      I am rejecting this response because: I checked the tracking information and the package has been in the same location since 

      10/18/2022. According to the ***** the package is presumed lost. I want the company to send me another hoodie exactly like the one originally ordered, and they can deal with ***** The problem is theirs since I haven't received the package. I have written them several times and keep getting an automated response just like this one just sent in response to my complaint. Either send a new hoodie or refund my money.

      This business continues to "poach" our designs and market them as their own. We have emailed them numerous times to have our copyrighted designs removed from their website. They temporarily remove a design and then "steal" another. The most absurd part is they use spam bots to market them on OUR social media pages, to OUR valued customers. The latest "theft" was of our Business logo! The hoodie was not was represented on their website. The white lettering on the hoodie was fading, was mostly blue lettering, and it hadn't even been washed yet. When I asked for a refund, they sought to replace it. Then, when they reprinted it, they determined that the quality was still not good. Thus, they said they would refund me. However, they only refunded me for the item cost, not shipping and handling costs. I was billed $57.16. However, I was only refunded $45.99. This is deceitful customer service and they are trying to rip me off for $11.17. This is unethical given their product quality is poor. Why should I pay for shipping and handling when it's an issue with their product quality? I tried working with them, but they have refused to provide me a full refund. I have attached the email stating they would provide me with the full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business stated that they would refund the entire purchase, not just the cost of the sweatshirt. They provided me with a faulty product and admitted to it. Therefore, they should refund me the entire amount that I spent.

      This firm posted an ad on ******** for t-shirts. I ordered one and they mistakenly billed me for two. I wrote them in less than 5 minutes to cancel one. They said it was not possible as they had begun printing. It would have been physically impossible to begin production within 5 minutes. I have written them three times and they provide the same response which states the same thing, i.e., printing was in process. Again, that was physically impossible. They refuse to provide any credible answer.

      I am rejecting this response because: I intended to order one shirt and you system charged me for two. Regardless of any options, I canceled the order within five minutes of the transaction. Your records should indicate that. I wanted one shirt. To begin printing or production within a less than five minutes is impossible. You willfully and intentionally took the error to take my money. BBB records appear to support my contention.There is little doubt about what you did. Again, I canceled the transaction so quickly that it is physically impossible to begin your production. I have no need for two of these shirts and I suspect you added a shirt to increase your sales. If you have a viable business, you can accept the returned shirt without any damage as it should sell very quickly after you return it to your inventory. Your operation is a scam. The bad reputation you already have is not worth the trouble you are causing. Provide me with the name of the vendor as it is my intent to place this in dispute with my bank in addition to my referral to the ***** Attorney General.

      i ordered a Tee shirt from a company called: ************** on 4/13/22, order #**********. Upon arrival, after a long delay - this piece of junk arrived. The material of the tee is extremely cheap and very thin, the silk printing is absolutely almost unreadable ---- it's faded out and has black spots all over the Printing. The label shows the shirt was made in Honduras! NO where on this website shows the tee shirts are made out of the country. As a Senior, I learned a long time ago Never to order a product not made in the US.... I would have never ordered the shirt in the first place --- companies should be MADE TO SHOW THE COUNTRY FROM WHICH PRODUCT IS MADE. Regardless - I called the number of customer service: ************** - you reach a person from another Country that is simply reading responses from a computer screen --- she refused to offer me a refund for this defective product. She insisted: I had to take a picture and email it to her. I have No way of 'taking a picture' --- I have no photographic devices or even if I had --- I wouldn't know how to operate them. I'm a Senior - almost 80. She, Liz, then demanded I spend my own money and mail the item back to them - I ask for their address and they gave me the address of: **** ***** **** ****** ********** **** **** ***** ***** *****. I called the company having this address: XPO Logistics and spoke with a Red and he said they don't send or receive any individual tee shirts. He advised me NOT to pay for return shipping, as this" shirt will never be received but discarded." Eagle tees, says now--- I am to use only email. They take 2/3 days to respond, if at all and they keep insisting I return the item - I told THEM - I HAVE NO LEGAL ADDRESS TO RETURN THE ITEM TO!! Furthermore, I have to rent an Uber to go to PO. I said - send me a return label and you can have it picked up at my home. THIS IS A FRAUD and harassment of a Senior. Please HELP ME. I live on Soc. Sec. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND OF $39.08.

      On 3/4/22 I ordered two limited edition sweatshirts, one ash **** and one black, from GearLaunch (TeesForEveryone). Each sweatshirt was $38.95 and there was a customer satisfaction guarantee included. I decided to purchase the sweatshirts because of the quality material listed. They were described as "Solid colors 100% cotton, Charcoal ******* is 50% cotton, 50% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton, 10% poly, Ash is 99% cotton, 1% poly." This information is taken directly from the page that I ordered the sweatshirts from. When I received them, however, I knew something was wrong. They were lightweight and the material felt cheap. When I looked at the labels, I realized why. Both were 50% cotton and 50% polyester. I ordered black to get 100% cotton and Ash Grey to get 90% cotton. What I purchased and paid for was not what I received. I was sent inferior products for the same money. When I contacted the company, they said that "The items were printed as shown on the order screen, and that they cannot offer replacements as the items were fulfilled as ordered... As stated on our site hoodies are cotton polyester mixed." They included a screenshot of my order as evidence. It does not say "cotton polyester mixed" anywhere on it. They also included a screenshot of the order screen as proof, but when I open it it says "Solid colors 100% cotton, Charcoal ******* is 50% cotton, 50% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton, 10% poly, Ash is 99% cotton, 1% poly." I did not get what I paid for. This is a bait and switch. This company is a scam!
