    I have been trying for 3 months to get them to quit sending me orders (that they preselect). I have emailed, canceled my subscription, closed my account, deleted my account, stopped payment on orders, shipped orders back...and they keep sending (to my old address).

    I have been ordering from Grove for a couple years now, and overall I'm extremely happy with their services. Sometimes I do try out items I don't usually order, and if I feel they aren't worth the cost I simply don't order them again. The app for ordering is extremely user-friendly, and the one (and ONLY) time I received someone else's order instead of my own, I contacted Grove and they immediately sent my correct order, with an apology, and instructed me to keep the incorrect order at no additional charge (I wasn't required to send it back!) I have been VERY HAPPY with this company and will continue ordering from them.

    I have ordered from this company for the past three years. However, just last week they put all of these different products in my cart and then they shipped them without my permission. They have never done this before. They have put things in my cart if I did not want them, I would delete them but this time I did not get a chance to get to my cart The majority of the things that they put in my cart I do not need right now. So I totally deleted my account. I tried to stop it through ****** but customer service was bad. I could not talk to anybody. The chat was not good. They claim they had a VIP account but I felt like I had absolutely no rights. They had no rights to just ship me things that I did not order.

    I have used Grove monthly for a few years now. I am a very happy customer. I have my typical products saved to reorder like plastic free supplies and bamboo t.p. Some of these products do not cost more than those in the stores because they last much longer.

    I had no activity for over a year on my account after the 1 order I made over a year ago. Yesterday I was charged for products that I did not order. I tried to dispute through PayPal but PayPal sided with Grove reasons unknown as I did not receive any documentation. My account had been wiped clean with no previous order history for my proof of the dispute. They are a scamming, fraudulent company. Steer clear. Unlink any payment methods you previously used or you'll regret it later.

    I have used grove for a couple of years now. I am located in a rural area, and their prices are competitive and shipping is convenient. I don't order every month and like the option to skip monthly orders or change dates (or ship now if I am running low on something). I like many of their products, but some are hit and miss. The reviews on the products are usually accurate. Mrs. ****** and Method are always solid choices. My last order was "lost" in ****** and I was getting mixed shipping statuses. I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent out a replacement shipment at no cost. This was the first issue I ever had with a shipment, and it was due to ***** mishandling the box (I did finally get a box of sorts in the mail - it had been reboxed with damaged, open, and empty packages, and the box was literally dripping soap!). If you are not responsible enough to check your account every month, and you are subscribed to items, yes, they will ship you your stuff (that is how it works and is clearly described). For me, the subscription is worth every *****. If I lived in a city with Target or something down the road, perhaps not. They do work hard to keep things as green as possible.

    I've been ordering from Grove for years (since before covid) and I always found it a convenient way to order household items while also trying to help the environment in some small way (I order all my paper products in the bamboo option). Then their prices just kept going up and up, they started adding supply fees and now they decided to create a paid membership in order to receive free shipping! They want $30 a year which you would have to order at least 6x a year to make it worth it (which I don't). They won't even give free shipping on orders over $100 it's ridiculous. I know they are trying to be environmentally friendly but prices and fees are just getting too much and it's becoming unreasonable.

As mentioned, VIP Members get free shipping on all orders over $29, so if youre planning on shopping with Grove in the future, you might want to consider our VIP Membership. Shipping costs for non-VIPs can be between $4.99-$7.99 per order, so if you place a couple of orders within the year, the membership pays for itself through shipping costs alone.As of June 2024, Grove no longer charges a supply chain fee. Everything Grove sells meets a higher standard from ingredients to performance to packaging and environmental impact so you get a great value without compromising your values.     Grove has excellent ***************** Each time I've had a question or issue with my order, they've responded promptly and addressed the issue generously and without hesitation. To my point, I recently received the wrong order. I was able to make contact right away through the Live Chat feature and immediately received an apology, told to keep the incorrect order that I'd received, and sent out the correct order that same day. I feel as if they truly care about their customers, as well as the planet we all share.

    An order for stuff I did not need or want was processed. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order and said I did not order those products and I did not need them. A rep named ****** reached back out to say she cancel the order and refunded me my money. No product was sent or received. 6 months later Grove recended the decision a d has been trying to get the 117 dollars they claim I owe for products I never received. I even told them the date of the email exchange and confirmation or refund. My account is now in the negative because Grove is trying to take money I do not owe them. I want my money back or send me 117 worth of products. Ridiculous how they did this and I am still fighting this with my bank.

    Product broke after two months. They said they have a warranty on the product but refused to send me a replacement. They will only give you a coupon to use in-store, even though the retailer I bought it from sold it online. When I shared this with them and asked if they could send the replacement directly to my address since I cannot go in stores due to health imitations, they refused.
