    They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I am going to have to cancel the card I used to order from them. Do not fall for this scam.

Being a member of Grove comes with two customizable features: VIP Membership and Flexible Monthly Shipments. These optional features can be used exclusively or combined to meet your personal needs and preferences. When you first purchase with Grove, there are a couple of prompts that explain our services before you complete your order. We additionally send renewal reminders to the email address on file so that customers can cancel this optional service at anytime. Our team did confirm, that any recurring services on your account are canceled and that you were not charged for this renewal since you had canceled it.     Ive been using grove for years. Things sometimes come broken or damaged but theyre normally good about replacing the item or giving me a credit. Not always, but usually. Shipping used to be SO FAST but Ive noticed over the last 6 months or so it takes forever to get my box. It used to be 2-3 days *** and now I find myself waiting 5-7 days to receive it. Theyve also found tricky ways over the years Ive been using it to make me pay for shipping. When I signed up as a VIP customer, I was told shipping would always be free. Not true.

We are happy to provide you with some additional clarity regarding our shipping minimums. Grove offers free shipping on all orders $49+. If youre a Grove VIP member, youll get unlimited free shipping on all orders $29+! If you need to ship a smaller order we do add a $4.99 shipping fee to your total. This allows us to continue carbon offsetting every package that leaves our door.We are sorry to hear that your recent orders have arrived slower than you expected. Once your order is placed, it takes us ***** hours to pack up your shipment in our carbon-neutral facility. Once your box leaves our door, shipping usually takes between 2-5 days to arrive (carbon offset - of course!) You'll receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as it ships out. If you do find your order taking longer than usual, you can always reach out to our Customer Happiness team and provide feedback so we can pass that along to our carriers. We do review that feedback with them to hold them accountable to their delivery SLA timelines. Thank you for being a valued member of our community, we are so lucky to have you.     I have been a VIP member of Grove for several years. On a couple of occasions I have received duplicates of my orders, resulting in over $500 charges to my card. The first time, I figured I was going to use the products eventually, so I just kept them. The second time, I decided to cancel my membership completely and did so through the app. I went a couple months without receiving any items, so I thought I was done with Grove. However, two huge boxes just showed up at my house out of nowhere. I checked the app and I am not subscribed to any products and am no longer a VIP member. So, on top of paying full price for a bunch of products I didnt want, I also paid shipping for those two huge boxes. When I went on the app for help, the ** just kept offering g me articles to read which were of no help at all. I removed my payment information from the app and have emailed Grove ad well as my credit card to dispute this transaction. I thought Grove was a decent company, but it seems more and more like a scam. I wish Id never ordered a single product from them. If you havent already, save yourself the hassle and get the same products for cheaper at Target or Amazon.

We see that in October 2023 there were 2 separate Ship Now orders placed to your account. These orders need to be manually placed in order to process. Please know that Grove has a happiness guarantee. If you received a product that you didn't want or don't enjoy, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a return slip for any unwanted items. Once we're notified that your items are on their way back to our facility, we'll process your refund. We dont see that you reached out to our team regarding these orders.For the order that was processed in December, we are sorry that this was an unexpected shipment. We see that you reached out to our Customer Happiness team regarding this issue. Our team informed you that your VIP membership had been canceled, but your flexible monthly shipments were still active which is why this order was processed. You were not charged for shipping since the order value was above the threshold. Having a Grove account comes with two completely customizable features: A VIP Membership and flexible monthly shipments. These features can be used exclusively or combined to best meet your personal needs and preferences. Our Customer Happiness team will reach out to you to provide a prepaid return label for this unexpected shipment. You are welcome to return any items that you do not wish to keep for a full refund.     I have tried so many times to cancel the subscription I never wanted.Grove is hiding under the name of decent products. This company is a SCAM.Please DO NOT place one single order with GROVE.They will find a way to take your money every month. Then give you a long process to cancel the subscription you never asked for, and still continue to charge you every month.Grove you should be ashamed of how you are profiting from hard working people, that only want to purchase clean products.

    I have been a Grove customer for a couple years now and here are the things that have gone wrong:"Free" gift promotions that only happen if you hit "ship now." Basically confusing convoluted marketing.I've had missing items now three times.Shattered room spray which soiled another item. I did not try to get a refund because I had previous experience dealing with Grove and knew it wouldn't be worth the time.I think I'm finally done with them which is unfortunate, but I'm tired of it.

It looks like those orders were processed as scheduled shipments, which is why the bonus item wasn't included in each of your orders. Bonus items are eligible for orders that meet the stated minimum before taxes and fees and only when you click the Ship Now button to have the order sent right away.Our team credited you for the inconvenience in each case! Most recently you contacted our team in October 2023 regarding laundry detergent that appeared missing.     Ive requested Grove to not sell my information to third parties, and received a stock email saying that they wouldnt honor the request because I dont live in a state that forces them to. I wouldnt have given ANY of my information if bones that they could deny my request. Its hidden and gamey.

    Sneakily charged my credit card after I had cancelled years ago. I didn't notice right away so when they called they refused to refund me. They didn't ship me anything at the time so I didn't know to look for a charge. DISHONEST company DISHONEST practices. Don't give them your credit card!

    I have been a vip user of ********************** for well over a year and while the subscription service is annoying I have dealt with it until today I needed to order more laundry sheets today and went in the app I was excited to see that my favorite scent was 40% off and loaded up my cart, however the sale price was not reflected I reached out to support and they responded quickly asking how they can help me and I explained Then nothing for quite some time So I said whatever and went back to the app to see if it was fixed and it was they removed the sale!!!!How pathetic is that I am done and have cancelled my vip and subscriptions cant wait to see if I will have issues with canceling

If another promotional link is clicked before that order is completed, the newest promotion overrides what was previously added to the cart. We sincerely apologize for any confusion. Our team offered to cancel the order you placed so that you could reapply the *** shop price sale that you were looking for and added $20 to your Grove account in credit for the confusion.
