    I placed an order for Christmas Cards which cost $36.21 on 11/28/22. I received an email saying they were manufactured and shipped, I should receive them between 12/2 and 12/6 order #********. I was given this tracking # to follow progress (**************************). The Package started with *** the transferred to ***** Tracking claims the package was delivered to my local post office on 12/8. They never received it. There is no way to contact anyone to help. The website just keeps referring me to the Tracking number. I left 2 messages on what I thought was a customer service line ************ which said I would receive an email from someone within 48 hrs. I received no response. I spoke with *** and **** and they told me i would have to contact Redbubble. That is literally impossible to do.

    So I ordered some stickers earlier in December. Ive yet to receive any tracking updates or carrier updates. Everytime I try to reach out to red bubble that stupid online bot just asks for my order number and says shipment on the way, Id like to talk to someone about where my package is. Why its saying *** is delivering it but when I call *** theyve never heard of it. And when should I really expect it

    Order was placed 11/29/22. Received email stating it was shipped 12/4/22 and would arrive between 12/5/22 and 12/13/22. Package was not given to *** until 12/7/22. On 12/13/22 I reached out to RedBubble as my delivery date had passed and was told via form email to just wait until 12/20/22. I had also asked why my package was held for 3 days before being given to *** which I still have no answer to. I replied back and was sent the same exact message to just wait. I attempted to use their customer service "chat" feature on their site, which only directs you to their FAQ page and suggests you send a support email. Between 12/13/22 and today, 12/20/22, I have attempted to reach someone at RedBubble via their support email, the phone number on their site (which is only connected to a voicemail box), and via ******** Messenger and comments on their ******** page. I have never received a reply from an actual person and none of my issues were addressed. The package finally "arrived" at my local post office on 12/15/22, but confirmed with my post office, it was not with the *** delivery that day. I tried again to reach out to RedBubble to request a refund with zero reply. 12/15/22 my package actually arrived at my post office and they delivered it. The product (a phone case) looked completely different from the listing and was of such bad quality, a fingernail scraped the design. As I still had no reply from RedBubble I contacted my bank and asked them to step in. On 12/16/22 RedBubble confirmed they were giving a refund, but after 3 more emails, will not tell me how to get the product back to them.

    My order supposedly shipped on December 7th. The tracking link shows that it's been sitting near me, not moving since December 13th. The delivery date has changed 4 times. I don't believe the item really shipped.

    I placed my order on 12.5.22. My Order # is ********. I received confirmation that it shipped on 12.10.22 with a delivery date no later than 12.16.22. I have yet to receive my item and the delivery date has changed 3 times with no explanation and no further information. I can not get a response from a human at Redbubble, only an automated bot. I require confirmation on the packages location and that it will be delivered on or before 12.22.22 or I want my money refunded.

    I placed an order with Redbubble for a coffee mug as a christmas present. Was supposed to arrive December 15th the latest. It still has not arrived and when i try to complain on their website i keep going around in circles as it is telling me the order does not exist even though i can see it on their website under my account. Since they don't acknowledge the order they won't allow me to put in a support ticket. I cannot find a phone number or any other way to communicate with them

    November 28, 2022 order # ******** I ordered 2 shirts received 1 in the mail to my surprise was NOT what I ordered. 2nd shirt shows on redbubble website shipped out on the 1st of December and should've gotten it Fridsy the 9th but when you ****** the tracking number for *** all it shows is that the label was created nothing else. I want my money back and a label to send back the shirt that I got that I didn't even order and to be done with this place!

    I ordered a custom made a pillow and blanket from Redbubble on December 2, 2022 . Both orders look like they were shipped out on 4 December. We are now at December 18, 2022 with no product. The tracking information that I received for these orders its not a real tracking number as I have been in touch with *** and they cant find it anywhere because its not a typical tracking number that *** uses I have sent multiple messages to Redbubble with no resolution I want my things or my money back ASAP really ridiculous as this was a Christmas present and when you have to send an email or a message it can take up to three days for them to respond. Didnt take them three days to take the money out of the bank now did it. The picture I included is the confirmation that it was shipped and it is with the *** innovations facility in ******** ******** however, like I stated above, I have been in contact with *** and the tracking number thats included in the photo is not a real tracking number for ***

    I ordered 2 tee shirts on December 6, 2022. I paid and extra $19.44 for "express freight shipping". I received a text that the shipment would arrive on December 13, 2022, Fed-Ex. When it did not arrive, I checked with Fed-Ex, and the item never had been shipped. They had a tag for it, but did not receive item to transport. I have emailed and called several times to Redbubble, and NO ONE ever gets back to you. These are holiday gifts that I had planned to mail out this week.... obviously that did not happen. I would love the Tee shirts, but at this point would like my "express shipping" charge returned and if they do not come soon, a total refund. This is no way to run a business
