    Both orders say they have shipped, should have arrived last week, but havent. No updates on site and no way to contact customer service. Messages to the seller on the site received no response.Orders:#******** #********

    I placed 2 orders (******** and ********) on July 15th and have yet to receive either order and it is now August 31st. I would like a full refund on this order.

    I am an artist on Redbubble, username ********** , my account got suspended on August,4 I made an appeal to get my account reinstated on August 5, because I spent hours on my artwork to ensure I did not violate any of Redbubble's guidelines.I just need Redbubble to check out my account and check if I violated their guidelines if I haven't, then reinstate my account.

    Responses are usually sent to approved appeals within two weeks of the appeals submission date. Because our team isnt able to review and reply to all appeals, you may only receive a response if your account has been reinstated. 
    If the two weeks have passed since submitting your appeal and you havent heard from our team, your account cannot be reinstated. Any additional appeals submitted afterward will not be considered.
    Please do not open a new account. Our sophisticated system will block any other accounts it thinks may be connected or created by suspended users.

    I received an order and the items are too small. I ordered a size larger and they are skintight. I requested a refund to original payment and they are only offering a voucher to the web site. I would like a refund to my original payment.

    Ordered some stickers for a family reunion and they never showed up. Wrote red bubble and got no response. Wrote the artist of the stickers and he stated he never received my order information yet red bubble charged me

    Order # ******** was placed on 8/16. I paid for express shipping as I needed the item by 8/25 for an event.I received notification on 8/19 (a Friday) that my item had shipped and I should receive on 8/23. I check the status of my order on Redbubbles website and it said shipped. But when I checked the tracking number (************) on Fed-Ex website it indicates that the label has been created but that Fed-Ex has not received the item yet. I check the tracking status on Saturday and Sunday and nothing changed. I again checked it on Monday and still no change, the label was created but the item wasn't actually received by Fed-Ex. I have reached out to Redbubble through all forms of communication (submit request, ******* DM and ******** DM) I have received communication back from 5 different people with the same form statement asking me for my order number, email address, and shipping address, which I provided to all of them. Then I hear back no additional information. I have again checked today and the status is the same, label created but Fed-ex has not received item. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. How can you call it customer service if the customer is having to repeat the same information over and over and it goes no where. A customer should be able to have a back an forth conversation with someone to get something resolved. At this point I am needing my item by tomorrow 8/25/2022. I am wanting it overnighted and want a refund for the shipping cost and would like a discount for all this trouble and hassle.Thank you,***********************

    This company lets you set up a shop to print and sell your artistic designs. I had the account long enough top post my designs, pay for advertising, and sell products. They deleted my account with no information or response. They have not paid me for my sales. They will not return any emails.If you spend time/energy/money with this service, it is very possible you will just be cut out and have sunk costs unexpectedly, with no recourse or even an explanation.

    Order ******** was placed Sunday 08/07/2022 for 4 t-shirts. I was charged ***** total for the sale. The order was placed and paid during the annual *********** Comptrollers 2022 ************** Sales Tax Holiday. I am a ***** resident.Redbubble has not provided an itemized receipt. But I noted during the checkout process that Redbubble erroneously added and collected sales tax during the payment process. As stated, Redbubble has not provided an itemized receipt, but I believe the tax collected was between $8 and $9.I emailed Redbubble about this promptly after noticing the error on 08/07.I received a response from Jeredia asking for a tax exemption certificate on 08/09.I replied the same day 08/09, again explaining the items themselves were non taxable - not me as the buyer.I received a second response 08/11 from *****, apparently disregarding the prior communication again requesting a tax exemption certificate.I responded 08/12 explaining for the second time, there is no tax exemption certificate - the items themselves were non taxable - not me as the buyer.I received a third response 08/13 from *******, similar to *****, apparently disregarding all previous communication and again asking for a tax exempt certificate.I responded immediately explaining for the third time, there is no tax exemption certificate - the items themselves were non taxable - not me as the buyer. It appears Redbubble intends simply to disregard the information provided, stonewall, and give me the runaround. I made multiple purchases from multiple online vendors nationwide that weekend and Redbubble is the only out of all of them to fail in getting it right.I need an itemized receipt and prompt refund of the sales tax erroneously collected on the 08/07/2022 order ********

    I ordered two shirts express delivery. And hey my order number is ********. The shirts never arrived the tracking information says they are still being made. However, I contacted one of the "designers" and they have no knowledge of the order. RedBubble doe snot even have a contact number. I believe I was scammed!
