I have had my artwork on Redbubble for 13 years. I have regular sales and LOTs of regular traffic. I placed an order for merchandise to be sold at an art show back in September. They charged me sales tax, which should NEVER happen as I am a reseller. I submitted my Texas resale information YEARS ago.Ever since I filed a complaint with support, my profile has ZERO traffic. I am an artist who has only briefly tried to upload and opened an artist page in hopes of extending my work and agreement with a commission of all sales. However, I was trying to upload more designs as the sole creator and have proof of my work is subject to copyright when I made the mistake of being logged into my tablet and on iPhone. My iPhone settings are set to have a private relay sometimes states away, because there are too many trackers now. However, once I started to upload my design and tried to submit my account was suspended and any revenue is halted at the same time. They make artists agree to sign up with their services and will not payout if they suspend your account. However, when they have done so in error customer support tells you too bad we dont have to tell you anything. Except, thats not true because the contractual agreement means if they withhold revenue from you and refuse to pay you, its illegal because they can make an error and tell you its your fault when it isnt. They are still bound to pay you, as far as I am aware. If an employer did this they could face serious charges. This site is wholeheartedly a scam for artists because at any point they feel like it they can stop your account and keep all the profits and not pay the artist their share. Instead, they hold to false accusations without any additional information.This site is a scam and takes away rights and revenue illegally when they refuse to correct a suspension in error.Initial Complaint

We (my artist community entity called *******************) set up a seller account on ******************** and sold merchandise, with an approximate $27 commission payable to us in September. We had set up payment for ACH delivery, but they have not shown proof of attempt to pay and they have said that they can't find the account, which is with *******. I keep asking for a receipt to prove payment so that I can take it to the bank which might reveal some issues with the banking info. But RedBubble refuses and keeps trying to steer us to ****** as a method of verifying an account...meaning, they want us to use ****** and my group's treasurer does not want to use ******, and the banking info should work, plus it's an option Redbubble gave us. Had numerous complaints about sexist items being sold on their website. No one their wanted to entertain talking to me in the slightest and after a year of trying to have a conversation, they deleted my account with no reason. They stated it violeted TOS, but not exactly what violated it. This all comes down to Redbubble not wanting to own up to the fact they allow sexist items on their site, if they are aimed at hurting men.Initial Complaint

I reported three listings that are AI generative images. Something Redbubble claims not to allow. However they denied my reports as copyright and said I had to be the copyright owner. That's not what I said, but typical if their customer service to ignore me. So I asked them what their stance is on generative AI because I have over ********************************************************************************** not. They very rudely chose to ignore me from then on out. I demand they clarify their terms or I won't be bound to them. I expect a company profiting from my designs to answer a simple question and act in a manner fitting a business.Initial Complaint

I tried several times to find the order and it just takes me to some page that says shipped 8/27/2024 will arrive 9/3/2024. They have no way to contact anyone. I ordered about $20 worth of stickers for a gift for my daughter in college and the order was never received. I've contacted customer service on the company's website four times with no response, acknowledgement or resolution.
