I placed an order on Dec 28, 2022 for 4 pairs of shoes and have no status on 3 of the items and 1 item was delivered but is not at all the item I ordered. I have contacted Wanelo support by phone and email several times. I have left messages when calling and continue to send emails to this day without getting a response for a resolution. I would like a refund and have no problem returning the pair I did receive if I were given them information to do so (they are completely unworn)because again they are not at all what I paid for when I ordered! Hello,My name is *********************************** I am actioning a complaint against the online company named WANELO. This company sells counterfeit goods from overseas, mostly *****. Over the years I have made a few purchases which all equate to an absolute nightmare. Most purchases from my experience take generally an entire month if not longer. My last purchase on 12/27/22 brought me major concern because after three weeks I never got notification that the item was shipped which is typically how the process is after you make a purchase. Well after a month and MULTIPLE EMAIL REQUEST which is total bs because I only think its no more than a handful of not one person pulling the strings, let alone you can never get through on there 800 # and emails only ever come at 1-3am and they never ever respond right back. So, circling back to after about a month and not one response back from acknowledging my cancel result after emailing them literally over 50 times. This company definitely without a doubt is not only funneling counterfeit goods that they pass off as authentic but is taking money from consumers as supposedly they have been out of business! I placed 2 orders in November equaling $508.00! I never received the items for Christmas , so I emailed and they stated they were turning it over to some other department. I never heard back regarding my refund , so I then emailed back still nothing so then I called and got a recording I left a message . I still havent heard back and Ive placed 7 emails and 4 calls . I do have to say I did get one item from one of my purchases I bought swimming shorts that were supposed to be for my husband , I got a large and they are a toddler size ! I am rejecting this response because: I did not even get my full refund I only received $464.56 if someone would of called me back or emailed me back the **** times Ive tried contacting someone they would of known I recognized 1 item out of all the items which was a bathing suit and the store doesnt except returns on underwear they were the size of a child and I did listen to the measurements !
I still dont understand where the total you got and my total doesnt match !

On November 30, 2022 I purchased an item from them. At the cost of *****. I used my discount so total out of pocket was ***** dollars. I have yet to receive my item. I sent over 12 emails asking for a refund. Each time 7 times I was replied to claiming they reached out to the person but to no avail. I then started to ask for a refund which they flat out said they will not do . They claimed the best they could do was $5 dollar store credit. I have been purchasing merchandise from Wanelo for quite some time. Occasionally I would have an issue and it would be resolved immediately. I have order 6 products starting in March of last year and I am not getting any information from Wanelos scripted email or support team. I am told repeatedly that they are on it and will find out what happened. I never hear from them again. On December 19, 2022, an order ******** was placed for a Bretling men's watch where its price was $132.02. The watch is a Christmas present for my husband. The watch arrived in ************** on January 9, 2023, but due to my husband's work I couldn't give it to him until January 28, when he noticed that a watch hand was loose. Wanelo was immediately claimed and they refuse to replace it, alleging that it only has a 3-day guarantee from the date it was received, which is absurd and ridiculous for me.
