    I am an **** seller. I sold a *********** **** *** ***** ******* watch to a U.S. buyer. I shipped the watch with insurance using ***************** I have been using ************ for seveal years. I have never had to file an insurance claim until now. On Feb. 8th, I shipped the watch and opted for insurance coverage of $4,500. The watch was never delivered and I have filed a claim with the ******** However, the insurance carrier (insurance policy) was offered through ************. The name of their provider is ********** (parent company is ***** ****** based in NYC). The claim has not been even acknowledged after I uploaded all the required documentation to ******. I DO NOT KNOW how to reach them. There is an revolving loop of messages with no option to reach anybody. This is also true fro ********. ******** has a liability in this matter to assist with getting my claim processed. This is a large sum of money for me and it was for this reason that I opted for insurance. Please help.

    On 12/18/24 I purchased shipping labels and insurance from a company called "shippo" to send four boxes of valuable goods from Tennessee to California. I did not get to california until 12/28/24; my packages were marked as delivered with two arriving on the 12/21/24 (which were accounted for) and the other two arriving on 12/24/24 (which were delivered to the wrong address). I got back in town and tried to track down the two packages with not luck. I reached out to ***** (delivering company) and told them about my issue, they informed me that **** delivered my packages so they were ar fault. When I followed up with **** they brought it to my attention that ***** was lying and they delivered the packages (which I was able to confirm). When I reached out to ***** again about my insurance they informed me that Shippo would handle my insurance claim since that's who I purchased the insurance with. I couldn't directly file the claim, because the account that provided the labels had to do it. I was able to get that party to file the claim with shippo which after about four days not only lied stating **** sent the package so they weren't responsible (which we provided proof again that that wasn't the case). After days of back and forth through email, shippo ultimately told us that we had to file the claim within 10 days with another company because they actually provide the insurance since that's who they go through. None of this was ever told to me before purchasing the insurance and the process of actually getting answers took weeks which we were later told by shippo that I only had 10 days to file with the company that they go through for insurance. I feel like shippo is attempting to scam me out of my insurance money because they are only willing to compensate me $100 per package when I paid for insurance to cover each package for 5,000 each. This is extremely foul and deceptive on the part of shippo.

    the company refuses to return my emails. i am not able to ship products because i cant print labels for shipping. its a recurring problem thats effecting my business and my customers. they purposely dont have a phone number for customer service and all their site does is run you in circles. i have left several emails but they are not responding. this is so unprofessional...i just want to talk to a human so we can resolve this issue. .

    The company charged me for monthly fee without asking for my permission. After I filed a dispute with my card's bank, they told me they could only close my account if I lifted the dispute. Therefore, I contacted my card's bank again and canceled the dispute. The $19 original charge, dispute, and rebilled records are shown in the email thread (last email). However, the company sent me another link to a payment of an additional $19 charge (also in the email thread) and told me that after paying they could close my account and get $19 back, which does not make any sense if I paid $19 twice and got one $19 back.I need BBB's support to get a refund of the original $19 from this company.Thank you.

    Item Shipped on: 04/08/2024 The amount paid in Shipping: ***** The business commits to deliver package safely and responsibly *********** damaged a package that I paid $8.81 in shipping costs for a customer which costed ********* put in a damage claim with Shippo that was denied. We purchased insurance on the package from Shippo. Even though the tracking shows that *** damaged the package. They admitted to it themselves. They reimbursed us the shipping cost but the value of the product. We then tried to escalate the claim and it was denied a second time without a valid reason after we sent them proof. They lied to us and said that we didn't use the proper packaging. We used a box with a Box Manufacture's certificate. The picture is attached shows the stamp of the type of package used, the damaged product that was returned, and the issue reported by my customer.     Shippo allowed me to purchase insurance for $420 on lithographs and $165 on a vinyl. The courier damaged the items due to mishandling and I filed the necessary reports to receive coverage. Theyre denying any liability and Id like to report them for fraud as theyre supposed to cover damaged items caused by the courier.

    Shippo has decided to "upgrade" our account to a Paid account that comes with a $19 monthly fee. I did NOT ask this of Shippo and they did NOT ask my permission to do so. Talk about an untrustworthy company. Also, they purposefully don't have a customer service number to call. So it looks like an ongoing scam. So i have no one to call and have this fixed. Just doesn't get very much more untrustworthy than this.
