    Shippo has the lowest shipping rates I’ve found, but you cannot get a reply from customer support unless they are getting money, and there’s no other way to contact them besides email. Last year, I used their service for the first time to send a Christmas package to my friend in Germany. I bought a $27 label, but customs flagged the package afterward because it included dog treats, which I guess aren’t allowed. I canceled the label, requested a refund, and purchased a new label without the dog treats. Despite this, Shippo refused my refund. I disputed the charge, got my money back, and successfully sent the package using the second label. Fast forward to this year: when I tried to purchase another label, I was blocked. When I sent them an email about it, their support answered right away and on a weekend, telling me I had to pay for the disputed $27 label before I could use their services again. I explained that I never used the disputed label, providing clear details and tracking evidence, but after their initial response, they ghosted me. I even tried Facebook and sent follow-up emails, but their only reply (finally) repeated that I had to pay to reinstate my account. Unfortunately, I’m going to pay because their rates are unbeatable by at least 50% cheaper than anyone else. I found a similar service called Easy Shipping, but when I tried to purchase a label, it said, “This shipper is not allowed to send GlobalPost shipments.” It seems that Shippo flagged my account and blacklisted me across GlobalPost services.     I'm completely flabbergasted as to how this "business" manage to stay in business.I created an account and just a few hours in, I'm having issues with printing labels, billing, my card not working EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LOTS OF MONEY ON THE **** AND ALSO SPOKE TO MY BANK AND EVERYTHING IS CLEAR, nonexistent customer service. I also cannot see any invoice with my balance (How much I spent on shipping so far). No customer service phone number, sent an email and it's been 3 days with no response. ****** needs to be shut down and taken off the internet.

    Just started using the service and every time I order a label, the *** never loads and I can't download the label that I just PAID FOR. Have NEVER had this issue with any other shipping label service in all of my years of running an online business. Last time I had the issue, I was able to have a live chat with a rep that gave me a link to my label but now it's outside of business hours so I'm just left high and dry unable to download the label I paid them for. Never using this service again.

    My wife received a box, 24 bottles Dasani water that she did not order. The packing slip identifies contents as Purified Enhanced Mineral Water 12 fl.oz (SKU, SBA ******). This product was shipped by a nameless authorized dealer, without any identification of shipper, their address, phone number or email. The label on the shipping box, delivered by **** includes the trademark Shippo. Shippo from online information appears to be a DBA name ******* **** (********** **.)Notes:The packing slip ******: Dear Customer, if you face any kind of issue regarding delivery, make sure to contact us. Follow these steps:Go to your orders.Find your order on list Select problem with order Choose you topic from list displayed Select contact seller Then leave us a message& we will respond immediately Regards Packing slip, at bottom of page statesNeed help! Contact us now. Sold and shipped by.This Dasani water order was not not made by my wife or me. No invoice accompanied the unordered shipment. It appears this potentially illicit shipper is seeking personal information from us that we will not provide. This unordered water shipment appears to be a scam.

    BEWARE**It may look good at first.Should have read the reviews prior to starting. They took $1300.50 out of my checking account, stating it was *** fees for an oversized packaged.I claimed it was fraud and they tried backing it up with a fake invoice. After speaking to *** the stated they had not record of this.I was told by *** to ask for Shippos account number and my invoice number.Keep in mind!!! I don't have a "Master *** account"It's been days and still no reply as to where or when I will receive my money back Here is their reply-***** (Shippo)Jun 13, 2023, 1:35 PM PDT Hello *****, Thank you for getting in touch, At this time our team is working to investigate the charge.     Scammers. Straight up. SHIPPO is attempting to charge me for packages shipped over 3 months ago. Yes, over 3 months ago. However, when I stick with using ************* Etsy shipping THE SAME EXACT items I have zero issues.DO NOT USE SHIPPO.

    TERRIBLE company. I own a company I ship roughly **** shipments with them in a business year. Any claim i've had, which has been less than ten, has been delt with well WHEN IT'S CHEAP. I had one package ONE of a collector item the customer spent 12k on it. It was damaged even with 2in thick foam covering it completely. They wouldn't respond for two weeks. When they finally did they said I had to have it appraised for repair by 2 companies. Even though they go through "***********" which is obviously an insurance company. They said they have no companies they work with for that and it has to be given to the 2 companies directly. They then sent me an email saying I cannot use them anymore. OBVIOUS discrimination the minute they have to pay out a substancial claim.They just spin you in circles, refuse it, and then cut you off.

    my account was hacked and multiple charges made against my credit card because of their poor security. NEVER save your card with this company. To compound this issue, their customer service is non-existent and they left my wallet attached so the hackers had access to all of my future credit cards. I'm on my third credit card because of this company. Avoid this company!

    DO NOT use Shippo as a third-party mailer. They apply customs & handling charges to customer's credit cards with no documentation to back them up - I have to wonder if these charges are made up by Shippo themselves? A month after a package was shipped via Shippo to ******, I was charged over $100 worth of customs & handling fees - about six different charges - for which neither Shippo nor *** could provide any paperwork/ proof. The charges came directly from Shippo themselves. No one would provide me with proof that these charges were made to Shippo on my behalf, which should be standard if they were then charging me in return to reimburse them. What's more, when I dropped the package off at ***, I consulted with a rep to make sure all paperwork was in order & that I wouldn't be liable for any customs fees. A month later these fees were deducted from my credit card with no prior notice or invoice. No receipt/ documentation from Customs was provided. When I inquired about these charges, I received one standard response from Shippo. It then took Shippo FOUR MONTHS to respond to me. At that point I'd already closed my account & forgotten about this aggravation. In the customer service email, "*********" said that I WAS erroneously charged & that neither she at Shippo nor *** couldn't find documentation where I'd been charged & also told her I was wrongly charged. But she stated Shippo wouldn't reimburse me for the charges made in error or do anything further - and perhaps I could open a new claim if I found the recipient was also charged, but no guarantees. I responded to confirm that I was reading her email correctly & that she was stating that, yes I had been erroneously charged but that Shippo wouldn't reimburse me for the false charges. She confirmed that was correct. THEN, closed my ticket within minutes so that when I clicked on the automatic "rate your service" email, I couldn't rate my interaction b/c the ticket had already been closed! SHADY x 100!!
