    I signed up back in June 2023. They cancelled my account and sent me an email saying my account was cancelled. Fast forward to today, September 5, 2024 and they just took a payment out of my account! Just realizing I'm paying for a service I was told was cancelled, I logged onto their website and my account says cancelled! There is no way for me to re-cancel! I also need to go back through all my bank statements looking for how many other charges I have from them. So frustrating!

    On March 16,2024 I accidentally signed up for services with this company however I immediately canceled the same day. I have proof that I canceled as I took a screen shot of the cancellation on that day. However, they are refuting that I canceled and are saying that they are only willing to refund me 25% of my last charge. This is clearly a scam! I am now concerned I will never get my refund and will likely have to cancel this credit card.

    I signed up for a 7 day plan (even took a pdf of the screen right after clicking to confirm payment). They signed me up and charged me for a 3 month plan. I immediately reached out through chat (even though it was in the middle of the night). After 10 minutes of getting info from me, ******* said that they can't change the plan. I am in the process of asking for a refund. I don't want anything to do with a business that will try and scam people like this. Buyer beware.

    I've canceled multiple times and they keep charging me and to get my money back is a joke. This product made my stomach hurt and had diarrhea.. didn't work at all. Don't buy!

    Its a scam and when you go to cancel nothing works, it will take you around in circles but still wont allow you to cancel. The live chat feature is a joke, it will not work, just stops after your question and asks for your feedback on the app.

    First of all, this app is not good; not easy to use, not intuitive, and there are much easier ways to track your fasting. This company engages in deceptive business practices including charging you with no emailed reminder or receipts for bills. The app renewal also did not show ** in my Apple subscriptions and no way to cancel it without emailing and hoping they answer you.

    The app froze 3 months in and I couldn't use it. When I reached out for a resolution, it took them over 2 months to resolve, not responding to multiple asks for updates. Because I lost the use of the app for about 3-4 months out of the 6-month subscription, I asked for a refund and they said that the 6 months had gone by (yes, 3 of them me fighting you) and they can't refund. ***'T GIVE THIS APP A DIME! STAY AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM!

    The water and food tracking are terrible. My Fitness Pal is much better and I find that I need to use that for tracking. I like that it shows my steps, but again, I can get that in other/better apps like My Fitness Pal. I like the countdown for the fasts, but I don't think it's worth buying the app for that one feature. 100% will not renew.

    I agree with some of the comments below; the app did not even show my correct fasting hours and logging food was too time consuming. not even using this. wish I had not purchased this. I could easily track on my own.I believe you need alot of work to make this app more user friendly.
