Signed up for the app and they continued to charge me although I did not renew. When I tried to cancel it was impossible to do so. I contacted the company through the app and they gave me the run around. I then tried to cancel again and mistakenly clicked the wrong button and they charged me another *****. They will not refund me the money even though I do not use this app. This company is a scam.Initial Complaint

I have made several attempts to contact Dofasting to cancel all subscriptions, to no avail. I filed disputes with my credit card. The first dispute resulted in a refund of $48.00. The second was on September 6 where I was charged another $48.00. Dofasting has not responded. I tried today, again, to cancel all subscriptions. When I went to the app and followed instructions to cancel, the only option was to get a discount. I was charged $14.99 for a lifetime plan.Initial Complaint

I downloaded the app DoFasting on May 25, 2022 for $0. By June 1, 2022, the app was cancelled however the business started charging me every 6 months starting 5/26/22. They agreed to credit me the most recent charge but not the previous ones. All charges are listed below and attached are screen shots showing that the app was downloaded for $0 as well as that the app was not present starting June 1st (the records only show by month, not by date). It is worth noting that there has been no communication of any sort from DoFasting or renewal notices from this company. Regardless though, I did cancel the app immediately and would like a refund for the balance of what they charged me, which is $220.80. I have a video as well that I can share that shows how I got the screen shots if it helps. 5/26/22 $$41.40 11/28/22 $41.40 5/26/23 $69 11/27/23 $69 5/27/24 $69 (my bank confirmed that a credit was issued)Initial Complaint

I purchased a three month subscription to dofasting using my PayPal account. Within minutes I received alerts from all credit cards associated with my account for fraud alert. Do fasting waa repeatedly charging my account for the single purchase. I had to block my cards and have new numbers issued. I immediately canceled the subscription without using it and was not refunded the money. This site is not safe to use!Initial Complaint

I was charged ***** for a continued membership which I did not in any way authorize. After no response, I contacted PayPal for credit- they determined my refund would have to come from DoFasting itself. Ive been trying to get my money back for 4 weeks. Its not a lot of money, but definitely the principle. I want my refund.Initial Complaint

I had an initial subscription which I canceled in 2019. When going into the app. And website this account showed as canceled and no longer active. However fast forward to May 2024 and I see a $60 charge from Dofasting. I double checked the app and my account showed canceled since 2019.I contacted their help desk. Support investigated and apparently a second account initiated in 2020 under my email address and credit card etc. However this second account never has appeared active to me in app or online. The support person says I should have been checking my credit statements etc. However the only way i noticed was seeing this random charge. They seem to agree that their system and app I could not see this new account. But because I only escalated now and questioned they agree to cancel only this most recent charge. They refuse to refund me to past 3 years of charges for an account I had no way to know even existed. Seems like a bug or issue on their end. If the app showed an active account agree then my fault, but in this case it only showed canceled. It's like I had some random ghost account and being charged for something I never could even see let alone access.Initial Complaint

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times and keep getting charged. I have been charged multiple times since 2021, and have been charged again today (4/19/2024) for $67.00 and would like to be refunded at least that amount. I have not used this service for other than the "free trial" period in 2021.Thank you,***********************Initial Complaint

Unauthorized charge on my bank account! I cancelled in the proper timeframe, they still charged my account $79.20, I contacted them the day the charge happened as I did not get any type of email or communication regarding being charged. They are now refusing to reverse the charge even though I have never used the product. I just want my money back!
