Wish came to BBB’s attention in January 2013. A review of complaints was done in December 2024. Based on our review, this company has a pattern of complaints. Complaints processed by BBB states that items are ordered and paid for, but not delivered, consumers receive the wrong item, and consumers receive no response when reaching out to the company to resolve their issues.

BBB has reached out to Wish to address the above issues and to date, we have not received a response.

    On 01/14/25 via Wish e-commerce App, I placed a combined order with my shipping address: Ranmi Aduloju: *******************************************The combined order included a specific item: SONGMICS Shoe Rack, 10 Cubes Shoe Organizer with Doors, 40 Pair Plastic Shoe Storage Cabinet, for Bedroom, Entryway, Steel Frame, Plastic Panel.The cost price paid for the SONGMICS item in question was $36.93 At about ***** pm on Tuesday 01/21/25, I received a notification from Wish stating Ranmi, signed, sealed, delivered: Its yours! Your Wish package has arrived. Thanks for shopping with us (end with a spectacle on the face emoji). I promptly ran outside to the front door and the backyard no package was there. Immediately, I sent a message to Wish that theres no package left outside of my house. The notification message says signed. I live alone so who signed for the package?Wish Support Agent later replied that I contact *** with the tracking #: 1Z0698X3YW38268794. I contacted *** twice. Each time I called the ***, I was told that the package was delivered to the address on the package in ************* that was different from my name and my address. *** also asked that I contact the shipper, which I did. Three times I contacted the shipper - lvwenjia Store (the store that sells the SONGMICS item on Wish App). However, I never got a response back to my message.I have contacted Wish more than 5 times, yet Wish keeps repeating the same message that my package was delivered and re-directing me back to ***. Yes, it was delivered but not to me, it was to a different address on the package according to ***. I expected Wish to check with *** on the apparent delivery mix-up but Wish support never follow-up with the ***. Wish company has shown that customer satisfaction is not their priority. Im requesting that Wish gives me my purchased item ASAP or refunds my money to my account the amount of $36.93 paid for the good I never received. Thank you. Ranmi Aduloju

    A week ago on January 23rd 2025 I made my first purchase on ************************ and it was a nightmare. I thought since they sell cheap items that I can get a wheelchair for $185.53. I purchased the wheelchair and waited 3 days for shipping confirmation but the confirmation or tracking never arrived. I sent the seller one email every day asking for tracking or if they ship the item and I got no response even after six emails. I contacted ************************ and they kept telling me to wait so one week went by and they finally realized it was a scam so they said they will refund the money but it has been 11 days Feb ***** and I still do not see the refund. I contacted ****** because I paid with ****** credit but they are telling me to contact Wish, the strange thing is ****** is supposed to get my money back when I get ripped off. Stay away from ************************ or you will get scammed unless you're buying small items.

    Around nov. 27th i ordered 3 items totaling to about $77.00 and some change, the items where supposed to have been delivered around dec.5 - 25th. The postal service which is **** and fedx states that they have delivered my items but I never received the items in question. I don't doubt that they delivered my items but I live in a high theft area, so I didn't receive my items. I made this fact known to wish customer service representatives. ********************** is not trying to comply with the refund policy that they have and refund my money back, which has caused a great inconveniences.

    On October 16th, 2024, l purchased an automatic ******** watch that did not work. I returned it for refund, but kept getting offensive messages and my purchase history since 2017 was erased.

    Ordered $100 worth of merchandise that wish failed to change my shipping address and even though I caught it before the order was filled n shipped out wish refused to stop the order going to wrong address and refused a refund . Wish has no live representatives which is very unprofessional considering volume of customers and extremely aggravating when you have an emergency that needs immediate attention. I would like my money back that wish basically gave to some stranger.

    Order 3 items from wish online sales. Recieved 2 and later they said 3rd item not available so they said they refunded monies. They actually charged me again for the item which was already paid for and refunded the mistake still owing the original charge. *** with there sales and they said they refunded my money which they have not. Theyre calling the request solved. I have the charges from my bank and from ****** which show no refund.

    I ordered 3 items. I tried to change my address for them to send it to my current address. It never changed my address. It never gave me an error code. It never sent me the 2 factor confirmation code to my email address. It sent the package to my old address. I texted the owner of that property. He said he never got anything with my name on it. I want my refund!

    I ordered furniture through **************************. Their package was marked as delivered on 11/12/2024 but was never delivered. My partner works from home and did not see it. I reached out to wish (I have opened over 10 tickets with them at this point) and they told me to file a claim through ****. I attempt this online and on their automated phone service, both ended in error. You must use this form to contact them. I then called an agent who told me that my address and the address i provided Wish was not the address Wish provided **** and that all other information about the package was confidential because I did not know the address that wish provided ***** I have reached out to Wish, instead of helping me, they provided me another **** contact that cannot help me because again, the problem is that Wish gave them the wrong address and I am prevented from filing a claim because of this. They sent me to an email that immediately responded on two separate occasions that they do not deal with lost or damaged packages. I provided screenshots from both of these responses and they came back with the copy-paste response of needing confirmation from their contact (which I provided them twice and pointed out the contact does not service the issue they sent me to them for). They have given me the run around of weeks at this point and have no intention of providing the product I paid for.

    Delivered Nov. 12 There is 5 different tracking numbers for the same order. Tracking # *****f120a868ecf23cbf193 $53.52, $53.52, $53.52, $53.52, $53.52 The product that shipped to me was not the description or the quality as listed. Ive tried to contact Wish multiple times with no success to return the items.
