Wish came to BBB’s attention in January 2013. A review of complaints was done in December 2024. Based on our review, this company has a pattern of complaints. Complaints processed by BBB states that items are ordered and paid for, but not delivered, consumers receive the wrong item, and consumers receive no response when reaching out to the company to resolve their issues.

BBB has reached out to Wish to address the above issues and to date, we have not received a response.

    I purchased a few items from ************************ excited because their prices are so low and I knew they were legit because my sister had order from them in the past. Everyone told me the only downside was that it takes super long to receive your items. So I ended up purchasing over 150 worth of items. So a day would pass, then a week, then a month, but i kept in the back of my mind that everyone had said it was normal and they just take forever. Price i pay for such good deals I thought. And I also was not too worried because I remember reading money back guarantee if I did not receive my items. Well months passed and I started to then worry. Looking into my account it showed my items were never shipped out. I contacted wish support and was told i could not get my money back because it had been so long I guess and sense it was over the time allowed I didnt qualify for the money back guarantee and I couldn't even have my items shipped out to me or even get a credit for other items!!!! What!!! So basically almost $200 bucks just thrown down the drain. I just couldnt believe it. Others need to know about this scam.

    Hello, so I was told to report through this email on my on going situation. I reached out multiple times on this problem and got one response. Really like shopping with Wish and would like to continue if this matter is resolved. Had a package that never arrived. Even though I was notified otherwise. Im certain it wasnt stolen, because I was home the whole time. Plus knowing everyone in my neighborhood and were all friends. Therefore could notve been removed from my porch if it actually showed up. I ordered three New Portable Smart Dehumidifiers and never saw them since. Had a few other packages ordered and those did show up with pictures to prove it. The Dehumidifiers never came and no photos to prove such.Please get back to me and thank you for your help,***** ??That is the email I sent Wish.

    Transaction date : 10/19. Date of wrong item delivery: 10/31 Date 11/03 I noticed that the tiny strange envolope from ***** was supposed to be my two sets of $100 hair extensions. I sent wish a message through there website about the tiny stickers I didn't order and that the extensions are missing. After waiting 5+ days multiple messages and no reply. I was able to find an email for wish I sent a message and all I got was an automated message asking me to wait longer. I just want my money back.

    I filed a complaint and didnt get a response I got 230$ of wish cash and i cant use it because it says:There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit ************************************************ to resolve this.i submitted my ID and nothing, I waited and submited again and again but still nothing this company is a scam and i cant get my money back 230$ of wish cash is alot and i would like compensesion because i cant use the app for almost 3 YEARS WISH CONTACT ME ON MY EMAIL : ***************************

    I ordered some items in, "Wish", the delivery guy that had my order deliver it to the wrong address. I have attached pictures as evidence, you can notice that the package has the correct address on it, my address is but was delivered at a different one. I contacted Wish, but still no response, reason why I'm here. I want a full refund or my items to please be delivered and if possible, as soon as possible, because it was a gift. The company that delivered the items is: ******.

    I ordered beginning of the month , said yesterday their delivery service ****** delivered, we did not recieve, it was delivered to a neighbor. We can't get ahold of Wish as no Telephone number and Web site doesn't support complaints.

    The wish app and website refer you to an app assistant for customer support but it doesn't work and tells you to try again later. I've been trying for weeks. So I have no way to get my money back. I prefer after waiting so long to just have the services complete. Id like my item. But if I don't do something soon Ill lose my money. If they are doing this to everyone than they are stealing people's money by making it impossible to cancel an order. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried the website, to no avail. They need to list a customer support number or an alternative if the app is buggy. How could they be so naive that this app and website isn't working? I think they found it to be profitable and allow it to happen! They need to be held accountable. Thank you have a good day.

    Hi I have placed multiple orders on the platform and have received either entirely different products or not the product at all. I have yet to be refunded for these orders ( Order #: 66b30c9516b8ba0e05fa272e) and Order #: 66c06437cd9d9c92caaead59 Please resolve as I am very u happy and your support team is useless! I feel like I am just throwing away my hard earned money on wish.

    Order #: 6696e54665f9380b0145b780 was placed. Two t-shirts were ordered. Because, generally, Chinese sizes run smaller than US sizes they were ordered larger. 2X and XL vs XL and L. Unfortunately what was still received was still too small. When compared vs a REAL XL, both were significantly smaller. On top of this the material was junk. It was so thin and (because of size) stretchy that physical details (like nipples) were visible visually (not just "when cold". Tried contacting company day of receipt, and have apparently been in a loop of either an ill-trained bot, or a genuinely stupid human being. In either case the company has seen fit to try to cheat me out of my refund window by dragging their feet with their bot or moron sending an autorespnse "we see you received it ". No kidding I received it. It was also not as described and I want refund. It was NOT fulfilled as expected/ordered. I understand that quality may not be the greatest always with this merchant hub. I have been cautious but generally satisfied with most past purchases, and the vendor has previously been good when something breaks or gets lost in transit, or a counterfeit microSD card is received, or the like. Everything else in that order was received well, and positively reviewed. $23.37 (price, tax, shipping) is my damages for this order.

    I have $117.24 in wish cash from a refund of an order that was cancelled. When I attempt to purchase anything from my wish.com account, I receive an error that says: "There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit ************************************************ to resolve this."The "payment-issue" **** says that I need to upload a photo ID. I then proceed with uploading a photo ID and I receive an email that says "We got your message". However, there is no subsequent action and my account is still locked out of using this refunded wish cash. I try to contact a customer service agent and it says, "Due to issues with your account, you need to visit the payment issues **** before you can contact support."I am locked in a loop where wish will not resolve my account so that I can use money that I have already paid to wish and received no products. I would like to receive a full refund or check for the $117.24 balance.I am including images of all the attempts that I have made today to show that there is no suitable resolution from within the wish website or customer service process.
