    I parked at the *************** in ************* from ~5:40a to ~8:40a on 9/27/2023. When I was leaving the lot, the attendant told me you need to back in to the spot next time, or Im going to have your car towed. I said this was the first time I heard about this, there are no signs in the lot about this rule, I dont think its fair that you threaten to tow my car. He called me a liar and said: go! Get out of my xxxxxxx property! I dont speak Chinese! Get out! Get out!.All of the conversation was in English. The attendant racially discriminated against me because of my Asian descent.

    On or about March 25th, 2023. I parked my vehicle at the united sf parking lot located on Broadway in *************, CA. The attendant asked me to leave my keys in the vehicle because they would need to move the vehicle to make room for other cars. At some point during the evening the attendant was looking for me to tell me they had lost the keys to my vehicle, my vehicle had to be towed from ************* to ******* where I lived at the time. The manager on duty ensured me they would take of whatever need to be done to correct the situation, days later I was told that they watched video footage, recorded by their cameras of someone stealing my keys, this was their attempt to place responsibility on someone else. Since the keys were in their possession the liability is on them, and since the keys were stolen a replacement does solve the issue, the locks and ignition need to be changed and a new alarm remotes needs to be bought and programmed. It gets a bit expensive, so now they're unwilling to claim responsibility for the loss.
