    I’m on jury duty at ****** Street this morning. I parked in the parking area and ask the attendant will I get validated inside and I asked him twice and twice he told me yes when I came to get validated they told me no we don’t validate for sfparking.com. I contacted the company as to how I can resolve this. I’ve paid $20 that should be reimbursed and I asked twice so I’m a little disturbed about your employees response From the company Their reply: The $20.00 charge is the regular rate for parking, as clearly posted on the signs in the parking area. According to your feedback, we understand that there may have been some miscommunication or misunderstanding , and we always encourage our customers to review the posted signs for the most accurate information. My reply Hi! I have attached pictures of your kiosk and I see no notice of your not validating parking. As noted in my prior email, I asked the attendant twice. I wouldn’t be bothered if I had been told that you don’t validate. Unless this is rectified, I will forward this to the BBB For anyone reading this, this is a parking lot next to the courthouse. I’m sure I’m not the first or last person this has happened to They should train their employees better and since this happens every day, at least put up a sign saying that you don’t validate
