      i was schedule to recieved a direct deposit payment for 405. The account was an old account that is closed and I dont have access to. I contacted veem by chat whose agent said they would look into it and get back to me. The next day 405 was taken out of my new account and I still have not received the pay direct deposit I was suppose to receive. The 405 was debited like a fee reveral which is why they now owe me 810 from what as taken and the original deposit but I cant get any one on the chat. I tried to contact an agent today and they say "the system is down" or "engineering is unavailable"

      Do not do business with Veem, this is a scam. The site doesnt work by design so you provide your banking information to Veem. No legitimate banking/payment platform asks for a users banking credentials. NOTE THIS IS A SCAM and NOT a legitimate site.

      I've been using a third party company to received my monthly payment however they've been holding funds for the past month without giving any resolution I talked to the sender I talked to my bank and none of those are aware of the problem that veem the ******************* is doing with their clients, they try to put a complaint to but they just keep not responding and it's not happening only to me but to several clients where they simply informed the funds disappeared and the money is not returned either to the sender or process to the client

      4/2/ instant pay was initiated. 4/6 still have not receive instant pay. date extended to 4/8. unacceptable. no customer service live agents at all.

      I made a veem account and added $500 to my veem wallet in then I tried to transfer it to the virtual card they offered. After trying to do so they close my account. They tell me take it up with my bank so they stole my $500 when I tried to talk to them on the phone they hung up on me.

      I was supposed to receive $300 via Veem . My receipt says funds received but they were never deposited into my account.I have contacted Veem via email and phone.I cannot speak with anyone via phone.For several days and was told that funds were deposited into Veem account and they never were.I have reached out to client services to no avail.

      Everytime we have a problem you cant get into touch with anyone. We have had problems with two payments. You cannot get a hold of anybody. They are charging fees for instant deposit when theyre not instantly depositing things. Sure it gets instantly deposited on their time not when it sent to you. We would like all our money back for processing and like to move on and not to do business with them. Theyre not what they say they are and have no customer service.

      I was notified via email that a payment had been sent to me reference # ZaOTfrcS. I clicked on the link to accept the payment and was told to call customer service. I initiated the chat feature at the bottom of the page and waited 15 min before I was connected with a chat agent- ****. I inquired about how to receive the payment and **** told me that" my account is closed and Veem has disqualified me and my company from any service and that veem has refunded and cancelled all of my transactions that I initiated". I told ****" How can this be? I have no accounts with Veem- nor have I ever set up or applied for or used any of Veems services what-so-ever so how can I already be denied and disqualified and on what basis? I have no account as of yet and I have not initiated any payments or transfers for them to cancel or refund." **** was extremely rude and unhelpful - refused to explain or acknowledge even- the question. Kept telling me that I am refused any services and disqualified permanently from doing any business with Veem but refused to tell me any reason for the disqualification. Extremely rude to me for no just reason. **** also refused me to speak with a supervisor when I asked. Offered no phone number for any additional assistance. When I asked him to speak with a supervisor he told me none are available have a nice day and ended the chat. Hung up on me. I have never been treated as poorly by any representative of any business that calls themselves a "customer service" agent but lacks any customer service what-so-ever. I still have no answer as to how or why I have been disqualified and denied any service now or in the future with Veem and by Veem. I don't understand the discrimination or basis on why they chose I am not able to use service. I received no payment because they cancelled it - but WHy they sent me an email stating the payment was already in transit to me. I have never approved, applied, used nor initiated services nor setup an account with Veem.

      Since October 27, I have been trying to pay an invoice issued by a sourcing agent for products to be sold on Amazon. My latest attempt was on November 8th, and as of November 15 the transaction still has not processed but remains pending. The company says it has reached out to my sourcing agent for further verification, but my agent denies either receiving the message or needing to verify his account information; and I have verified the account information I was given to send it to.
