I just found out that all of my personal information is in the website truepeoplesearch.com without my authorization and I want it removed. It has all my addresses, phone numbers, including a ****** map to my current residence. This should be illegal. Please help me get this removed please.

I am rejecting this response because:
I tried this and they have not removed my information. They also have my wifes information, my ex wifes information and my parents. All of this has to come down because through them, people can access my information too. This company is stealing citizens personal information without consent.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, if the information is still not removed within a month I will follow up again and precede to advance the issue further. I will check back 30 days from now which is 6 times the amount of required time mentioned.

This company aggregates data and publishes it on their website for the general public to see. They have an opt-out option, but that does not work, they ignore the request. I have also emailed their **************************** email and nobody responds to my opt-out request. I simply want my data removed from their site. If I require a lawyer be involved then they will be solely responsible for all charges deemed necessary by counsel.

True People Search has once again added personal information on me on its site. I had filed a complaint some months ago, and they removed all of it that didn't require a fee. Now they have added some of it back again including name, phone number, age, current address with property details, and previous address. I have been unsuccessful in contacting them to opt out. I want my information removed from this site.

All of the information on our website is from public record databases. Every person aged 18 and older can have a public record. This information is collected on a County, City, State and federal level and can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses, and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported.

If you would like your records removed, please submit your request by using our online removal tool, linked below. We will also endeavor to block future public records that belong to the same person, but identifying these future records is not 100% accurate and cannot be guaranteed.

We have sent six requests to this business to remove all information every last bit phone numbers relatives this results in ID theft. Their removal link does not work and they want you to agree too their terms, that we will not be willing to do. If they denied your CCPA removal request they can be held accountable under **************** Law which states: A fine up to $7,500 for each intentional violation and $2,500 for each unintentional violation (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.155).They have removed some of the in formation for ********* ****** ** ***************************, they have not removed my husbands information as of yet, and they sill display phone numbers that are incorrect., and also our current phone number ************ Please have them remove this now, they have ignored seven requests made to date, and this lousy ZEN desk generates emails, their customers service never replies ******************************************************************** ********************************************************************
