Dear BBB, This complaint is in regards to the Reddit.com user account "Argusromblei" and the Permanent ban enacted on this account on May 3rd, 2022.For your reference, this account had a 10 year history on Reddit with a very positive connotation, and years of original useful and highly regarded content. On Reddit, positively and negatively regarded comments/posts are awarded "Karma" based on the votes, downvotes and upvotes on that original content. This account had a total of ******* Karma points, indicating that throughout the 10 years this account was used, fellow users VERY POSITIVELY regarded the content such as original posts and tens of thousands of comments written on pages in Reddit. Therefore, it is not possible to have that much positive karma without being a positive force in the community.It is well-known that Reddit has many abusive moderators and administrators. Many posts are made about this, and there is much drama regarding this in the community.It is known that a rash decision on a suspension being permanent or not, does not ever have any recourse. There is no jury of peers deciding whether a decision from one of these moderators is correct or not. In the case of this account with ************************************* the community, a single comment on a page reduced the account to a permanent suspension.We acknowledge fully that the comment could have been more productive, but the comment was strictly not from a place of "Promoting Hate." In fact, it did not promote hate.In addition, this account spent many months and years fighting hate in the /r/conservative and /r/conspiracy subreddits, where hate occurs daily.In conclusion, we feel this account deserves another chance, being a positive force in the community despite one unproductive comment, and deserves to continue its 10 year history. This permanent suspension was mentally harmful to the owner of this account based on the positive content the account has produced.Initial Complaint

I was banned for 3 days for writing "fuck off". They said it was bullying and harassment. Then a few days after the ban was lifted, I was banned for a week for saying that I think neo pronouns are silly. They said that promotes "hate against a vulnerable group" - f*** you Reddit. Absolutely f****** braindead if you think that is hate. I made it very clear that it's okay for everybody to express themselves how they'd like to express themselves, and that I simply think the mew/mewself and all that is silly. Not a hateful stance at all. PC police over at Reddit have zero f****** braincells.If you aren't already on Reddit.com, stay the f*** away from Reddit.com. Absolute NAZIs running this show. Hi, I am **** I have been Business Registered in ******** since ****, the Business name ********** is a trademark, which is on my name (*************** Abbas), it's been years I am working with this business name, their area many sub-companies under this name. I have this ********** ******** on every platform, like ************************************************* and TikTok, I want to claim this ******** on Reddit which is inactive for years, tried my best to contact the concerned person, but no one is using the account. it's inactive for the last 15 years. I am a longtime member (username beargrillz) of the r/******* subreddit and a moderator permanently banned me for breaking the rule of vaccine misinformation. Just like other people have stated in their own complaints and reviews, my account was permanently suspended today. I had a decent amount of karma, which means I gave them a decent amount of traffic on their website and was also paying for their in-app currency. In fact, I just bought some of these so-called Reddit coins yesterday. Today I was suspended for making a threat. What was that threat? I told someone to "make me".Initial Complaint

In short there is a profile associated with my personal email ************************* I have contacted their resolution center with NO response. I can't reset the password because I get an error that it was made using ****** logins and it's banned. I want the account DELETED. I don't want MY EMAIL associated with THEIR SERVICES. They refuse to take care of the issue. How is there no oversight in this? I cannot log into the account and when I tried to reset it says the account is banned and that an initial password was never made/but I can't make a new one because it's a banned account. I never ONCE used their services, it's a bunch of **** and decapitation videos... Why would I want my name/email associated with that garbage?Initial Complaint

On 03/31/2022 I was permanently suspended from Reddit. It was my first offense for simply stating a biological fact. I have contacted support 4 times. The first time was on yhe 31st of March, 2022 and the other 3 were the days following. They only responded to the first inquiry, but none of the others.Initial Complaint

I PAID for some "credits/coins" on reddit website and then I was kicked off the site before being able to use those credits/coins. They said the reason was for "bullying" another reddit user but that was absolutely UNTRUE because I would not be bullying or harassing anyone. I am a homosexual minister of The Gospel and so I not only know bullying very well, but I understand the issues that stem from it. I am actually offended by reddit for saying that I am a bully. Wondering if I should take further legal action... but will figure that out soon enough. Right now I want my $5.00 back for the coins/credits I could not use because they kicked me off their websiteInitial Complaint

Despite me being a high Karma and great content contributor, and a person who paid Reddit for coins and awards, I got permanently suspended from Reddit and I never even made threats. Someone from Reddit was following my account and comments daily and stalking me. I filed dispute with my bank to get the $5.99 coins money back since Reddit banned me. They don't behave like social media. Social media doesn't normally behave like this and ban a person. I was banned for a stupid reason. I merely commented on the Jackass movie and Reddit banned me permanently despite me having 170k Karma.
