I have been on X/Twitter since 2019. I tried to log in this morning and found that my account has been suspended. I appealed but was told (immediately, via email) that I had broken the rules and the suspension was permanent. I have not been provided with the reason for my suspension, nor given a fair opportunity to appeal. As X is the worlds town square, and no rule breaking has been proven, and no appeal allowed, I have been denied my right to free speech. I wish to have my account reinstated. My x.com account was suspended after I reported a person who was trying to scam me. This person faked that he was a part of a certain organization which I verified was not true by going to the organizations discord page and asking if he was a recruiter for the team. They said he was not and said they also reported him for his profile on x stating he was a part of the team. Minutes after I reported this person my account was suspended from a user filed complaint that I was trying to avoid a suspension. I have not had an account suspended on x.com so this was a false claim. I use this account for business and the email is ************************ and the x.com account name is @coinwendy.Initial Complaint

my account was recently hacked on the 13th of decm i was appealing a lot to get it back, and when i finally did, it seemd that my account was already suspended even though I have never ever violated any TOS. I have reached out to Twitter and there has been a response in 30/03/2024 05:38AM , saying " Your account has been restored " but it wasn't so i re-sent an appeal but i keep getting the same response, after 10 response they stopped answering my appeal and i got no response at all, even with their formal ticketing system. This is a mistake and I would love to rectify or know what happened so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. If someone hacked my account or caused this suspension, I have made sure it won't happen again by changing my password and enabling 2fa.My desired resolution is really just to get my account unsuspended, I do not endorse the hacking of my account nor did I realize that the account had violation TOS. I express my sincere regrets for not having secured my account properly.I am completely confident that it was closed by mistake or because of a third party, I tried to contact Twitter technical support for 3 years or more, but my messages were answered by automated support! I continued on Twitter for many years, during which I reached more than 150k followers, and I was surprised when i got the email from support saying " your account has been restored " but it wasn't ! idk why lying to me like this not once i got the same response email like 10 times, and after that i never got any response when i appeal. My X account got suspended on 6/20/2024 for violent speech, which they never provided an example of, nor an original reason to suspend me. I had to reach out for context furthermore, they should've resolute this with a locked account suspension, not a full out suspension. Locked account is a timeout feature for X accounts. I am writing to submit a formal complaint against Twitter/X due to an issue concerning an unjust account suspension that occurred on May 7, 2023. This suspension has significantly impacted my ability to conduct business and has not been resolved despite my efforts to address the situation directly with the company.Details of the Incident:Date of the Transaction: May 7, 2023 Nature of the Dispute: I was suspended from the platform immediately following the launch of my new product.
