      I am writing to appeal the suspension of my account, @missuswormy which I understand was suspended due to a comment I made in a recent reply.I acknowledge that my comment was inappropriate and offensive. I deeply regret the language I used and recognize that it was not in line with the platforms community guidelines or the standards of respectful discourse.The context behind my comment is crucial, and I want to provide some insight. I was responding to a highly sensitive situation involving a person who had experienced severe trauma. While my comment was a reaction to the specific and deeply upsetting circumstances discussed, I understand that the way I expressed my feelings was harmful and did not contribute constructively to the conversation.I want to emphasize that my intent was not to endorse violence or harm against any individual. My response was driven by a moment of intense emotion and frustration. However, I understand that regardless of intent, my words were hurtful and did not adhere to the standards of respectful communication expected on this platform.I am committed to learning from this mistake and improving my approach to sensitive topics in the future. I kindly request the opportunity to have my account reinstated.       I have been a user on ********************************************* for about a month (actively. *** had an account longer). Several weeks ago, another user made a physically threatening comment toward me and I responded with a defensive comment about what Id do in response. Weeks went by and I signed up for X Premium+ ($168) and one day later, my account was suspended for the above-mentioned comment, because several people decided to report my comment out of spite. I tried to appeal the suspension but I just get an automated response and cannot get ahold of a real person. Because of the suspension, I do not have access to the features I just paid for. Im not allowed to delete the account or change it in any way, despite it still representing me physically. There was no warning, censorship or anything. Simply an immediate permanent suspension and no recourse. I feel that they should refund my money or cancel the suspension and provide the services I paid for.

      I am writing to appeal the suspension of my Twitter account without any reason, @jiu_ee . I was recently informed that my account has been suspended, but I was not provided with a reason for the suspension.I have carefully reviewed Twitters Terms of Service and believe that my activity has not violated any of these guidelines. I have always adhered to Twitters community guidelines and rules and also I am deeply committed to maintaining a positive and respectful presence on the *********** the absence of a specific reason for the suspension, I can only assume it may have been a mistake.       I'm being charged for the monthly service from X. I will be charged again on the 25th of this month. I am being locked out of my account because **********************'s 2 factor verification failed. There is no way to contact X, except by email, and they claim this can take up to 7 days. This is unsatisfactory since all they have to do is remove the block from my existing account.

      My account was suspended with no reason given, and no clear understanding why. I use X within the bounds of the rules, and have been careful to. I've made a lot of great friendships on X, who I have now completely lost contact with due to being suspended. I truly don't understand what I did wrong, and when I try to appeal, I don't even get a confirmation email back or anything. I truly believe I was wrongly suspended. I don't understand why my account was suspended when I see hundreds of other accounts daily that blatantly violate the rules, that aren't ever suspended. All I want is to have my account back, or at the least to understand what I did wrong.

      Account is permanently suspended, appeal requested, no response.I am writing to formally request an update regarding the suspension of my Twitter account @grapejuiceye. It has been several weeks since I initially reached out, and while standard response time is typically 3-5 business days, I have yet to receive any communication or clarification regarding my account's status.I would like to understand the reason for the suspension. My account is not spammy; I only post unique, original, and niche-specific content. I believe my account does not pose any security risks, as I am the sole manager and have taken all necessary precautions to protect it.       Hello Better Business Bureau,I have a complaint against **************************** (formerly known as Twitter). They were recently running a promotion for if you spend 250$ on advertisements on their platform you receive 500$ in promotional credit to use on their platform. I am promoting a software-as-a-service product available on ****** Play Store and Apple App Store (product is Weather the Trip) and decided to spend to gain the promotional credit. On September 8, 2024 my advertising was halted with no explanation and I am now unable to make use of 258.96$ remaining promotional ad spend credit.I did reach out to X Support Chat who was not helpful and unable to clarify the violation issue with, Hello, due to a policy violation, this account cannot be approved to run ads at this time. We are unable to provide further details to prevent potential misuse of our policies. Please rest assured that we have thoroughly reviewed the account and determined it to be ineligible. We apologize if this outcome is disappointing, but we hope this clarifies the situation. After reading their advertising policies it is my understanding that my promoted tweets are ************ this point I believe they are reneging on the promotional credit. Had I known in advance that they were going to freeze my account I would not have decided to pursue advertising with them. I am requesting help to gain a refund, clarify the policy violation, and to obtain an ********** support of this complaint, I have attached prior account invoices that demonstrate I have been advertising on their platform over the past few years for the same product with no issues.       my account is suspended dudeitsokay,they're not replying to my numerous appeals,it's been a month,I have not violated any rules of ban evasion cause my original account lazy_blockhead was suspend in 2021 but my next account dudeitsokay is made in 2020 so it can't possibly evade ban.I spent 7800 in past one year for blue tick and I want my account reinstated.I have filed 1000 appeals with 0 response from X and I'm mentally distressed and financially at loss.Please BBB make them give me my account back.

      I have contacted Twitter when I first heard of my account being suspended. I login and see a post that is commonly made by a bot. My account was gotten into and used to spam @ people to advertise for them. As you can see, this is my art account that I would use to repost art and interact in art circles. It is linked to my main account and shares my username within the @. All I would want is control of the account again to secure it better, or at worst delete it as it is connected to my main email. I have first heard about it in January/February of 2023 and I have not been given access to my account. I have not been contacted, I have not been given any way to contact them when I have filed countless tickets about this issue.

      On September 4th an X user, posted our family address in a photo included in his posting, and tagged others, which then it has also been reposted. The user was upset about a $1 purchase plus shipping, via ****, in which was FULLY refunded to him immediately, as he posted our address in the **** reviews, without reaching out to us first, went straight to sharing our address and name calling, (which **** took down, as it violates policy). We have reported the post, however it has been up for days, and is still circulating. This user has also posted these photos in Discord channels, further doxing us on multiple social media platforms, (which we are doing our best to have removed). The police cannot do anything until well, the worst happens, so we would like to please ask that this request to remove the photo in the posting is expedited. This clearly states in the X policy that this is a violation and present safety concerns,so I am not sure how it got passed moderation, but this needs to be taken down immediately. We just want the photo with our address removed. There was a comment that stated where we lived and suggested he pay us a visit. He still did not remove this, which lets me know this individual is a danger. This is inciting negative behaviors and is not safe. Please expedite the report and take the photo down, it is the first thing you see as a thumbnail when you search our **** account on ******, this is extremely dangerous. Please see the attachments. It has all the information you need. The username that reported this (if not others also) was YTOVERTWITCHAF the case number included was CAAAWQ-94zZeQAQEAAAAff_w. Thank you for all you can do as this person is not far from us, and we are pretty scared at the lengths this has gone, over a refunded purchase, and this person has the product. We did not ask for it back. Please remove this comment, and the reposts.

      Hello BBB representative. This complaint appeared to be filed under refund/exchange which, it was to be under "other" that may be why it was left unanswered. Not sure if you can update that on your end. I tried to respond/update through the case and it would not allow. Recently, I want to say 9/24/24 X responded through their website and removed the post. You can close this as resolved. Thank you for your help.
