      Dear BBB, My name is ****** ******. I am a twitter(x) user since two plus years and a verified user of ********************************************* since last 6 months. I had 18.3k followers with many verified following. On September 11, 2024 I got an email from (x) Twitter that they have suspended my account without any reason . I wrote an appeal to (X) Twitter but they rejected my appeal, I don't know what was my mistake . This account is literally very important for me for all my business things.       My Twitter was wrongfully suspended & I would appreciate if you could help me get it back. I didnt violate any TOS nor do I intend to. I use twitter as a way to interact with my small community, as I am a public influencer. I believe I was mass reported or impersonated by a verified account. I know that I didnt violate any TOS.       On August 30th, my X account, GoddessFiaR was suspended based on a user report for evading suspension. However, I have never had an account suspended or banned before. I followed the steps to make an appeal, but never received neither an automated response or human response acknowledging the submission of my appeal. I have since submitted multiple appeals in an attempt to find a case number, but I have still yet to receive any response. I am unable to contact support in any other way since I never received an email confirming my appeal submission and due to this, I am unable to obtain my case number for further action. The email associated with the account is ************************ The account was a few days old before it was suspended and I didnt receive any other information or clarity on resolving this problem.

      My X account was suspended on September 12, 2024. The email I received stated that it was due to a violation of Xs rules concerning violent speech, but I am unable to even view what post supposedly went against these rules to confirm. Therefore, it is a wrongful suspension. I have appealed a few times but I continually receive automated emails back. This is not the first time I have had this account wrongfully suspended but last time, it was reinstated when the mistake was realized. This account is **************************** important to me and I would appreciate having it back as soon as possible.

      I created an account on the ************************ social media platform in April 2024, the date of the transactions were 4/16/2024 for $81.04 and $3.00 that was for x premium subscription.Around 9/08/2024 I changed my profile photo for the x account (I used the default x photo- I thought it would be a neutral stock photo I could use temporarily while I came up with something better). This triggered the x automated process to review my account for a blue checkmark, and I could no longer edit my profile to put my new profile picture.Several days later I received notification that my account was permanently suspended for 'misleading and deceptive identities'. I sent an appeal to x support explaining what I said above. They replied that my appeal was denied with no explanation, and immediately closed the ticket My complaint is about their business practices being deceptive and unethical in the following ways:1) When I bought 'x premium' in April 2024, I meant to do a monthly subscription, I accidentally did the annual subscription because every time u refresh a page use 'back' in their UI, it resets to annual sub, so I didn't notice that it reset. And there was no confirmation screen, which almost every other site has. 2) Their appeals process isn't fair. I explained to them I made an honest mistake; they deny it with no explanation or attempt to address your issue 3) It was their process that locked the account for verification so I couldn't change it, if not for that I would have been able to change a custom profile pic that didn't infringe on the x brand. I explained that in the appeal and they just ignored it 4) Their refunds policies is 'no refunds ever for any account, including when they suspend it'. This is a problem when combined with an appeals process that doesn't treat you fairly It's unethical to sell people subscription to a service and then just close their account with no way to appeal it. That seems to be x corp's business model

      I had an account on ********************** that got suspended permanently. It was under my real name. The account was @JasonMechalek They have been unwilling to unsuspend my account. They flagged me as spam and that's why I was suspended, either on that account or a previous account. They either ban me for spam or ban evasion (I make a new account to start over since the old one can't be used.)I love X and just want to have a fully functioning, but private account where I can read the news. I may even pay for a Premium account under @JasonMechalek, but I can't until they unsuspend my account.Would you please get X to unsuspend my account, @JasonMechalek Thank you very much.************************************************ that's the website address to my account

      X has now suspended 3 accounts of mine for no reason. They say evading suspension. I don't break any rules bc I only use it for my crypto/nft communities. Everything is linked to X in crypto so because of this I've lost a lot of money. Reason is because I can no longer login because they make you use X. I lost close to $1000 already I can't get back because I can't access my suspended accounts anymore. I've sent multiple appeals for all 3 accounts suspended in past 4 months. Never get a response. All accounts were verified and paid for so I'm a real person. I've passed every test when they lock the account to make sure you're human yet one day I always wake up to being suspended over night. I just want to use the app for good. I don't harass people or do things that are morally wrong. That's not why I use X. I've lost $300 trying to pay someone to recover my first account. I was scammed because of this also because I'm left with no option since they fired everyone who works at X. Now they don't have a number to call or probably not even have the workers to do a proper review. It's unfair and it's hurting me financially. I don't want any money back. I just want my X account back and I'll keep paying for it. Please help me get this resolved bc it's making my life harder than it already is. I only want resolution which is why I'm filing this complaint bc it's the only thing I haven't tried yet. X needs to fix their AI. I know so many ppl keep getting suspended. I know when I create another account I'll eventually be suspended again. I can't run VPN all the time bc some things aren't allowed in the **. I wouldn't know if I was running VPN all the time so I can't do it. They keep taking my money and suspending me without probably cause. Haven't even explained what I should do to not get suspended. I don't follow fake accounts back, I don't follow X rated accounts, I don't talk bad to anyone. I go on X for fun and look for new projects to invest in. That's it.Plz help

      My account was suspended for hate speech they haven't given me reason what hate speech I committed and I got no response to what I did. I send him 8 appeals they still don't respond and unprofessional from their part.
