      They were advertising items for sale at lower prices than they sell the items. You buy something, and then they say they can't ship the item at the low price paid. They take your money and don't refund you - even if they say they will. It's at best predadory pricing and, at worst, a SCAM business.

      We purchased a backpack from this company, was not satisfied with the functionality. Weve reached out to submit a return, didnt get a response. We then finally sent the product back, and now we are out the money spent and they will not rerurn our product. We have attempted to reach out several times , and ZERO response. Filed a dispute with the credit card and Sportique denied it. Very frustrating to deal with. This is outrageous and feels like theft.

      In February ******************************************************************************************************************* stock. I then came across Sportique.com, which had the product on its website and said it was in stock. In fact, as of today, it still shows on the website as 'In Stock'.I placed an order through their website for this product. Per their instructions, I paid using Venmo to an entity named ****************************** The amount I sent and was charged for was $67.12. The order number I was given by them is #***-52839-SF. The email me they sent confirming the order was sent on Feb. 5, 2024.When I did not receive the item after a couple of weeks, I sent an email to them using the **************** / Contact Us link on their webpage. I referenced the order number and mentioned that I had not received the item I paid for. I never received a response.I tried sending another email a few days later, again without response.I then called the number they have listed on their 'Contact Us' page. That number is ************. After selecting for "questions about an online order" in the phone menu, I am directed to a message saying that all customer service members are busy and to leave a message. I left a message stating my order number and that I have not received the item yet. I gave a return phone number. I did not hear back from them. I called on March 13, March 15 and March 25. Each time I received the same outgoing message saying that no one was available to take the call at that time.At this point, I googled the company and came across many complaints on the BBB website.As of today's date, I have not received the product I ordered, nor have I received a refund, nor have I received any communication from them, despite emailing and calling them several times.

      I paid Sportique $575.00 for a Junghans ****************** watch plus $11.98 for a Route Protection Package plus tax of $46.00 for a total of $632.98 on May 2, 2024. After one week of not being provided with a tracking number or ETA for the product I called the business on Thursday May 9 and left a message which was not returned. I sent emails on May 9 and May 10. On May 10 I received a brief email that Sportique was checking to see the status of the order and reaching out to the team for an ETA ASAP. That was the last I heard from Sportique. Emails from 5/13 and 5/14 were not returned. I believe I am being scammed out of money. I paid over $600 for a watch that I do not believe I will ever receive.

I still have heard nothing from Sportique since the brief May 10 email mentioned in my Complaint, and I have sent numerous additional emails and made another attempt to call the business - none of which they responded to. I also wanted to say that a company has never before taken my money and not supplied what I paid for. This has never happened to me before. It really shakes the confidence in the basic trust existing between consumer and business. Hopefully the issue with Sportique can be resolved and I can receive what I paid for or a full refund. Thank you again. ***************************

      Good morning Shyan,

       

      I wanted to advise the BBB that I spoke with my bank this morning and they advised me that as of May 30, 2024, the charges have been reversed for the amount of $632.98, representing the full amount paid to Sportique on May 3, 2024. I verified the same by checking my online posted transactions this morning. This was in response to a dispute I filed with the bank around the time I also filed the BBB complaint. 

       

      So I am made whole from a financial standpoint.  I will not be doing any more business with Sportique in the future. I consider the matter closed. I appreciate the efforts of the BBB in helping me and other consumers. Thank you again for your efforts.

      Order placed on December 2023 Order #***-52333-** for an amount of $190.17 Order arrived broken on December 24. Contacted the company and was told a replacement was on the way. Promise restated in a Jan 6 2024 email. Since then, nothing: no responses to numerous emails and voice messages left.

      I made an order (#***-52579-SF) on ************************************** on 12/31/23 and the estimated order delivery was 1/6/24. I still haven't received my order and the seller wasn't responding to emails, chats, or phone calls. I finally heard back on 2/12/24 and requested a refund, but the seller hasn't followed through and the response looked sketchy. I also did some research and found that other buyers had similar negative experience with this seller on *******************************************************.

      Customers item was on backorder and is arriving in March. We notified the customer. We can either issue a full refund or ship their item when it arrives in stock. (It is furniture that is on backorder)

      I am rejecting this response because: the business had offered a complete refund in February and have never responded or acted on it despite me following up on it four times (please see attached). Then the business responded to my March 2 email on March 5th offering a refund again, without any acknowledgment of the previous requests to issue a refund. I will accept the response from the business after they issue a refund.

      I purchased a media unit on 12/23/23 with estimated delivery of 12/30/23. Due to the holidays I assumed the shipment would be delayed. I reached out via chat on 12/28/23 to obtain a tracking number and received no response. I left a voicemail and sent an email on 1/2/24 for status of my order requesting an estimated shipping date/number and requested a refund if the order would not but shipped in a timely manner with no response. I emailed again on 1/6/24 requesting to cancel the order and obtain a refund. I received a response from ***** on 1/7/24 stating the order was ready for dispatch and a tracking number would be provided shortly. However, no tracking was provided. I emailed again on 1/10/24 requesting tracking/estimated date of shipping with no response. I received an odd email on 1/13/24 asking if I had received an email requesting additional info. No such email was received and it was not in my junk folder. I emailed back 1/13/24 asking what additional info was needed with no response. I ordered using Shop app so they should have all needed info. I emailed again on 1/20/24 with no response. Cancellation/refund has been requested numerous times. Today is the 30th day from when the order was placed with no resolution. $1746 is a lot of money to spend on an item I have not received. I want my money back an no longer want to do business with this company. My order number is #***-52511-SF. I regret not reading BBB reviews prior to my purchase. This company appears to be fraudulent to scam money out of consumers.

      Placed an order with them on 12/12/2023 and received an email confirmation. Product has not even shipped and I was charged for it on the day it was ordered. I wrote it off as a holiday delay and didnt think much of it until 12/22 when I sent my first email. No response so I emailed again with no answer on 12/29. Not too long after I tried calling and left a voicemail with all pertinent info and did not receive a response. Ive also used their contact form submission a couple times with no answer to that either. The last contact I made was by voicemail again this week. No response.

      I placed an order for a cell phone. Order confirmation stated that order would be shipped priority mail and estimated delivery on May 12th. Additionally, order confirmation stated that I would receive additional email when item shipped. I did not receive the item, nor did I receive any confirmation from the company. I attempted to contact them via chat and phone to no avail. After looking for reviews online regarding Sportique, its clear that this is standard operating procedure for them and resolution to this will likely be a long drawn out process if at all. How or why companies that do business this way are allowed to operate, with some *** **** fastest-growing-business stamp on their website no less, is beyond me.

      Ordered a watch for about 1k ** dollars. Never got a tracking number nor contact. They then responded by telling me the item is not available. But only after my inquiry. I asked for a refund. Couple weeks went by didnt get one. Disputed the charge so I didnt have to pay interest. Keep sending emails about my refund. I get sketchy answers. This store smells like a Garage operation with no ethics. Makes me sick to think of it. I gave them every chance to refund me. I run a business myself. If I ran it like this person does Id be out of business. Stay away from this place.
