      Uber Eats placed a charge on my credit card that they can't even account for. I had two charges post to my credit card on 10/10/24. One of the charges was for $33.82 and one was for $29.29. The $33.82 charge was for a order that I placed to a business called **** deli. The $29.29 charge is completely invalid. I reached out to Uber Eats support and they said they couldn't even see the $29.29 charge on their end and that it must be some sort of authorization hold from my bank and to reach out to my bank. There is no authorization hold, the charges have actually posted. I saw the charges while they were an authorization hold and did not reach out to Uber Eats thinking that they would correct their billing error. But, they never did and both charges posted to my account. I spoke to support for quite a while and they were zero help and were not able to tell me what the $29.29 charge was for, they just kept telling me to reach out to my bank. Obviously I'm going to dispute the charge at the bank, but it's very concerning to me that they are charging my account and have zero clue where the charge came from and didn't even offer to escalate it to some sort of research Department to try to figure it out.

      I ordered a 1.8L of ***** and only got 750ML. It was not the right quantity or price. I would like some sort of compensation back as I had to reorder. Uber Eats refused to give me any sort of compensation and basically told me to suck it up.

      I have had countless issues with Uber Eats deliveries, from missing food to problems with the drivers, and Uber support is never willing to hear me out and provide a resolution. I want to delete my account and data off the platform as I will not be using it anymore. however, when I go to delete the account, I get an error message when it's time to get an SMS code to verify. I cannot delete the account without this code. I logged in to the account using my phone number just fine, but when I go to delete the account data, there's suddenly a problem. Uber is not allowing me to delete my account and information off the platform, which I am entitled to do.

      Since October 1, 2024, I have been trying to change my profile picture on my Uber Account. Through the app, the support provided me with instructions that did not work. Several agents communicated with me through the support chat but I have been going around in circles for 2 days now to change a profile picture.

      I ordered food through Uber Eats. I stated in the order that I have an allergy and to not include scallions or bean sprouts. Order arrived twice (two weeks in a row) with scallions and bean sprouts. I sent a photo to uber and asked for a refund. The order was wrong and I should get my money back. They will not give it to me. I never got what I paid for.

      On September 28, 2024 around 1:30 AM, I picked up 4 riders for just 3 minutes drive. One of them was very drunk and was sitting right behind me. Just a minute into the ride, he vomited inside and outside of the car. It was a total mess. The vomit even touched my neck and the steering wheel. I reported the incident to Uber at the drop off location and included some pictures for Uber support. Ten minutes later, I received a message from Uber Support by someone called Akash saying that: "To get the cleaning fee process started, we'll need you to respond to this message with a photo of the cleaning receipt containing the date and cost of the service. This information will help us determine the severity of the mess so we can process your cleaning fee as soon as possible." I responded 6 minutes later explaining that it was 2 AM and there was no cleaning service open at the time. I quickly received a response from Akash saying that, they took a look at the report, however to ensure fairness and transparency in the process, I must submit a detailed receipt for the cleaning service conducted on my vehicle, only then I will receive a refund of the cleaning fee. So, I got an appointment with the cleaning service and got my car cleaned and sanitized. The total cost was $356. I submitted the detailed receipt to Uber support on September 30, 2024 at 6:33 PM. Few minutes later I received a message from someone called Tony with the username ****** who let me know that they will only refund me $150 out of the cleaning fee of $356. I responded to him with the pictures of the mess and let him know that it was an unfair amount since I was told that I will receive a refund if I submit the cleaning receipt. I requested that the conversation be transferred to a supervisor who can take a second look at the conversation and the pictures of the mess along with the cleaning receipt, but he did not care and kept closing the conversation without saying anything else. I feel scammed and lied to.

      Uber is using deceptive practices when advertising "promotions". The word play makes it seem as if you would earn an additional $760 on top of what you made, once you complete 100 rides within thirty days. What they told me is there "promo" is guaranteeing you get paid at least $760 TOTAL at the end of the thirty days, which is nowhere in the fine print. They are well aware that ******** promotions/ bonuses are in ADDITION to what you've earned regularly, and have adopted that inventive but twisting it so that they can take advantage of hard working people. This type of business practice should be illegal

      I am writing to express my absolute frustration and anger after yet another terrible experience with Uber Eats. On September 30th, 2024, I placed an order for four 1-liter bottles of Strawberry Melon Brisk and a Haagen Dazs Dulce de Leche Churro ice cream. This should have been a simple and straightforward order, but just like previous times, Uber Eats failed to get it right. When my order arrived, one of the drinks was wrong, and the ice cream was incorrect. This is not the first time that this particular service has gotten my order wrong, and I’ve had enough of it! It’s absolutely infuriating that Uber Eats continues to make such careless mistakes. I immediately called customer support, expecting a quick fix, but what I received instead was nothing short of insulting. The representative, a woman who clearly had no regard for customer service, told me to go to the store myself and see if they would give me a refund! Are you serious? Why on earth would I, the customer, need to chase down a refund when it was Uber Eats who made the mistake? This is a complete failure in accountability and customer care. Not only did they refuse to give me a refund, but they also acted as though this absurd suggestion of going to the store was a reasonable solution. I have never experienced such shocking disregard for a customer’s time or money. This is the last straw for me. Uber Eats has repeatedly failed to get my orders right, and their customer support is beyond useless. I will never be using Uber Eats again, and I will be making sure to tell everyone I know about their horrific service. If you value your money, your time, and your patience, AVOID UBER EATS at all costs! Uber Eats, this is absolutely shameful. Take responsibility for your errors and fix your customer service!
