My wife and I purchased tickets to ***** last June 3rd for a total $2,368.39 (ST523533 and ST523534). The next day (June 4th) we received an email saying that the flight had gone up in price and we had 3 options: pay the higher price, have one of their agents contact us or get a full refund. We chose to get a full refund and we received an email confirmation that the refund would be completed in a few business days. That was 8 months ago and we continued to email and follow up and have heard nothing back.Plain and simple, it's criminal. They stole $2350+ from usInitial Complaint

after cancelling a flight to ***** I received $2195.00 credit with Lufthansa through bookingvault.com valid until April 6, ****. I have tried to contact them at ********************* but my email was returned as non-deliverable. On 4/22/2023, we purchased an airline ticket through FlightGuru aka BookingVault, an airline reservation website, for $432. We paid for the ticket with our credit card and received a confirmation number with the message "our agents have been notified and your flight will be ticketed shortly." Soon afterwards, we received another email from FlightGuru entitled "Refund Processed" informing us that our flight could not be ticketed. Furthermore, customer refunds may take "several business days" to post back to our credit card account. Six months later, we still never received the refund due us from FlightGuru. We called the merchant toll-free number listed on our credit card statement, and the number was disconnected and/or is no longer in service.Customer response

In April 2023, my company tried to book a round-trip flight from ** -********* with snap travel (Booking Vault aka Alpha Media Group, Inc.)However, the flight was not booked and our cc was immediately charged. I got an email saying "Your flights are not yet booked. Being that you're purchasing a discounted ticket..." They charged our company card and left us in limbo for more than 6 days. We then tried to reach out and they sent an email days later with a flight itinerary that was completely wrong and NOT what I had booked, yet was charged for.Discouraged and concerned I called back to cancel any flight they ended up supposedly booking. I told them we needed a refund and they refused as we had agreed to their non-refundable policy. We tried to file a chargeback with ***************** as this whole ordeal seemed to be fraud. Especially after reviewing online negative reviews with other people having similar experiences. Unfortunately, after several weeks of going back and forth, AMEX sided with the merchant, and the only option given to us, was a travel credit offered by Booking Vault to use with the same passenger and the same travel route, valid for a year. They also required that we contact them with an email to tell them we needed to cancel the original flight, even though this information was called in weeks before that request. We then emailed Booking Vault to book the credited flight and received a bounce-back email, stating the email address was invalid. Since July 11, their website has permanently been offline and we now have no way to contact them to use the supposed credit we were being given. Complete scam! These people took over $3,800 from us and ran!Initial Complaint

We booked flights to **** through flight guru, it seemed legit and we received our airline confirmation. Now that our trip is 2 weeks away the flights have been canceled and money was refunded to the company, but the company didnt refund us. We paid $7100 for the flights. That is a lot of money to just forget about. I have t had any response from flight guru.Initial Complaint

Originally purchased a 1-way airline ticket from ************** to ************ on September 14, 2022 for $277.84 (Conf. # FG467765). The flight was for 10/22/22. .Had to cancel the ticket due to hurricane *** and was told by Flight Guru to send an email to Booking Vault.com to request a credit. On 10/6/22 sent email to Booking Vault.com and was told on Oct. 13th that the booking was cancelled and I had a credit of $241.60 to be used by Sept. 13th, 2023, After 2 calls to Booking Vault on 6/20/23 & 6/21/23, leaving messages, no one returned my call. On June 22nd I reached out again by email and by the end of the day on June 23rd they said they had a round trip ticket for me from ************ to *********** on July 21st, but I would have to pay an additional $100. I proceeded to give them all my credit card information, phone number, billing address, etc. I never received confirmation that I actually had secured the round trip flight. After emailing them again on June 27th, I was informed that the email account had been disabled. Fearing that I had been scammed, I tried calling but no response, so on June 28th, I called the bank and cancelled my card. Subsequently, I have called Flight Guru .and left messages on July 21st and July 28th , per their instructions, and have not received a return call. My wife tried to call today and after holding for 20 minutes, she gave up. At this point, at a minimum, I would like the time frame to use this credit to be extended and have access to someone that I can actually speak to. Otherwise, I am requesting a refund of $241.60.Initial Complaint

I booked a flight with them through snap travel. After i booked the flight i got an email saying that my order can not be completed meaning they couldnt book the flight i wanted but they still charged my credit card. I emailed them for an update on my refund and i got an email from ******************* Assistant Manager Direct Line: ***************** Toll Free: ***************** Saying that they have prioritized my refund and will be receiving it within 5 to 7 days. When i still didnt get the refund i tried to call them several times and they said it is on the priority list and they will email me with an update. Its been 2 months and i still didnt get any refund or update so i tried to call them again and the agent i talked to said since they switched over to Super they have limited access to previous snaptravel booking and if i wanted a refund should contact my bank. Order numer is ST523727
