      On April 8th, I booked international flights to ******, departure July 19th. On July 17th, I got sick and needed to contact the travel agent so I could get a letter saying the flights are non-refundable for my travel insurance. I have been calling daily, waiting on hold for multiple hours, and cant get through to anyone. I left multiple messages asking for a call back and never received a call back. I also called their emergency travel help line with no answer after over 4 hours of holding. I might not be able to redeem my travel insurance now because they need these important documents from the travel agent in which I can not get a response from. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and this company really shouldnt be in business.

      My wife and I booked flights from *******, ** to *****, ***** through Flight Guru. The Sr. ******* Executive, ********************* ***************; www.alphaflightguru.com) was our contact. The flight was scheduled for April 18, 2023. We flew from ******* to LA as planned, but we were to switch to ********* Airlines for the flight from LA to ******, *****, *****. When we checked in for our flight with ********* Air, the agent advised that we were not booked on the flight to *****. We immediately called ********************* to resolve the issue. A supervisor with ********* Air told us there were seats still available, but because Flight Guru had made a mistake, the ticket price was probably much more and Flight Guru probably didn't want to pay the higher prices. Flight Guru did get us on a flight to ***** leaving the next day, but we had to book a hotel room in LA that night and we were unable to cancel the hotel room we had booked in *****, so we had to pay for two rooms although we had followed all instructions provided us. Two days later, we were contacted by Trustpilot, a survey company representing Flight Guru requesting a review of our experience with Flight Guru. We gave them a poor review due to our experience. When we tried to get reimbursed for the extra room which we didn't use ($237.59), Flight Guru refused to reimburse us stating that they would do so only if we changed the review we provided to Trustpilot. I said I would change the review, but not until I received the refund since nothing had really changed at that point. I believe Flight Guru is using extortion as a means to ****** a higher review. I don't believe that should be the reason for such a survey--the survey should be about trying to make improvements within the company, not extort customers to give them an undeserved higher review when they have caused the problems to begin with.

      I purchased airline tickets thru their website for an overseas trip to europe with my family. On their website they claim to have the cheapest fares. Once i booked tickets i just felt uneasy. I wanted to cancel these reservations and book directly thru American Airlines. I called Flight Guru back 2 hours after initial booking which still wasnt processed yet as per their customer service rep and they would not cancel my reservation. What happened to 24 hour rule? After many calls and emails back and forth with supervisor Mr. *********************** he claimed refund and cancellation was not possible. So now comes time of my trip and my flight was cancelled by American Airlines the day before i was scheduled to leave. No email, no text alert from Flight Guru. I called their 24 hour emg # for 2 days and left numerous messages no one calls back. Their online website is shut down so u cant mess them or email them. So now i am left to rebook this trip, paying more bc last minute and no guidance or anything from Flight Guru. Not even an email alerting me what to do. I want a full and complete refund of my reservations.

      I received a confirmation on May 29 (Confirmation number FG522678) about a flight I booked from ********* to ******* then to **********, and to return from ********* to ********* via *******. I was able to board my flight to ******* and ********** with no issues. However, on the day of my return from ********* to *********, the check-in agent said that a ticket was never issued for me. I was never informed of any concerns regarding my return flight, so I immediately called Flight Guru through their emergency hotline, but no one one responded to my call indicating "all agents are busy". I called at least 30 times, and left numerous voice messages, but no one ever reached out to me. I am even on hold and waiting for my call to be answered as I type this complaint. Since I was stuck at ********* airport, I booked my own return ticket and had to spend $2000 of my own money in order to be able to fly ************ later. I have been calling them since I came back but no response so far. Their "inquiry" link is also "undergoing maintenance", and is not usable. I have booked thru various third party sites before, and this is the first time this has ever happened. All other sites have been responsive to my queries. It is my first time using Flight Guru, and I will never use it again.

      I purchased a flight through Flight Guru from ****** to ********* on June 1, 2023 for for $604.22, confirmation number: FG523246. Very early the next morning, I got an email saying the the ticket could not be purchased and they would be refunding the cost. Over a month later, they still have not done so. They responded to my first email, saying I would be placed in the priority queue, but stopped after that. I have tried calling several times, sitting on hold for hours. They indicate that if you leave your name and number, they'll call you back, but they never do so.

      Purchased 2 tickets from ********* ********* to ***********, after confirmation of purchase I received 2 separate emails stating prices went up ***** minutes later. I was given the option to find new tickets or get full refund, I chose a full refund. After confirmation email stating refund processed, and refunds might take several days I thought everything was done and just waiting for the credit card refund. This all was done June 8th 2023, I still have not received refunds for tickets by today July 7th 2023. I have called numerous times and have left messages and still have not talked with any representative about my refunds. The website states under construction for 3 weeks now, and every email I send to whatever address I can find gets bounced back as nonexistent. This is either the biggest bunch of ignorant/incompetent ameture hour people or a complete con job. The proper authorities have been notified and will update as soon as any are available. The current rating for this company is false reviews probably done by the company and BBB should investigate these reviews!

      I booked a flight to ***** for my daughter through Booking Vault. While waiting for confirmation email, I received an email which said the cost increased by $78 and they asked if I wanted to book it or if I wanted a refund. I chose refund. They said it would be processed in a few weeks. That was on June 9. I have emailed them and their emails bounce back. I have called and been on hold and no one answers. I am out $555.49.       This company showed up as a third party booking site through ****** Flights. I booked my flight for $1230 CND on May 26, 7:21am. My credit card was charged right away, and emailed with order FG522220. At 9:43am they sent an email stating my order could not be completed and that a refund would be processed. June 6 at 12:31pm I emailed requesting an updated ETA on when my refund would be processed. Email reply received at 1:46pm stating my refund was in the queue and they would notify me once it was processed, but the funds may not post right away depending on the banks holding policy. I emailed again June 16, June 20, June 27, and called June 21. I have had no replies to any emails or messages left, and couldnt get through to anyone on their customer service line after waiting over an hour in the queue. I checked their website which states its under maintenance for over two weeks now. Also checked Booking Vault which is where the charge came from and their website is conveniently also under maintenance. *** contacted them through ******** and Instagram chat and still no response. Their website and emails state they have an A+ BBB rating. They are able to link to larger sights and appear legit. But they are a scam company and stealing peoples money with no intention of ever issuing flights. There needs to be more done to protect consumers. I just want my refund back.

      The company booked a flight ticket for me (that I purchased via Affirm loan), then almost immediately cancelled the booking and sent an e-mail that they processed the refund and the refund will be posted in 3-5 day business days. (confirmation attached)Affirm never received the refund from Alpha Media d/b/a FlightGuru so now they are charging me over 600$ for the tickets I never received. My multiple requests regarding sending refund were not answered and Alpha Media's and FlightGuru's website are down
