      ISummary of problem (more details are provided in the uploaded documents): Ordered two dresses online from Zolucky March 25, 2023 for total charge of $69.26. The dresses did not fit. I followed the stated return policy and instituted the return process on the Zolucky website. Within 48 hours, I should have received an email containing an address to use for the return. However, no email arrived (checked spam etc.). I sent another request through the website. I also tried contacting the Zolucky support team directly via email. The email sent to ********************************** was refused as "undeliverable." I then attempted to return the package, using the return address on the original packaging. Today, I checked the *** tracking site and discovered the package was delivered, but refused, then sent back to MIlford *** store. I am now out the $69.26 + $21.07 (*** shipping) = $90.33 with no way to directly communicate with the company's customer service or support team.

      I ordered a dress a month ago that hasn't even been shipped yet. I have emailed them on more than one occasion asking if I could at least get an idea of when it would even be shipped. They just send back an email stating that they are processing my order and thanking me for allowing them to continue to "rush" my order. An order that hasn't even been processed after a month is not being rushed. At least a ballpark of whether I am going to receive the order of one simple dress in the next six months would be great at this point.

      I ordered $84.92 from zolucky and the products are poorly made and very thin material and some items are too big and some too small. They have no phone number have to communicate thru email I uploaded pictures of items and they said I need to return before I get a refund there is no package slip or receipt in the package. I contact them they sent me a label to ship back where I have to pay postage. Went to post office the address is in ***** and I would have to pay customs fees to send back to chilna for over $140. I asked for a prepaid label they refused they will not refund my money unless they get merchandise. Why would I pay $140 to return $84.92 they are not willing to work with me. I did not know this would have to be returned to *****, if I did I would never have ordered from them. Buyers beware it is not wise to do business with them. They are not willing to work with you on returns. Plus there irked are poor quality.

      Purchased a $33.00 dress which does not fit and now want to return item. The company is requiring I pay for the postage to return item from ***************** to ***** which will end up costing me more than the price of the dress.

      I ordered a top and paid. I tried to contact them to cancel the order because it was never shipped and would not reach me in time. However, they have NO customer service; they do not respond to Chat or emails; my belief that this is a scam is supported by many complaints on social media.

      Oh boy, worst company ever. Should be called Zoicky.Ordered 2 items at the end of February, 2023.I have received one item, a blouse, that is not at all as represented in the catalog: the style, colors, fit and material are not even close to the picture.The other item won't be delivered for 2 more weeks, after it is needed. (a month shipping time instead of their promised 2 weeks) I have tried to cancel the second item but was told it had shipped and I could not.In trying to return the first item I was told I would have to return it to *****, which had not been disclosed in the initial company return policy, and pay return fees as well as custom fees, Otherwise the company would reimburse me 15% of the item's cost (*****) which would be about $3,75 -- if I would agree to keep the item(?) I decided I would take my chances and try to return it, The return must be requested within a certain timeframe so, of course, now I cannot get through to the company, cannot get to the screen to begin the return process, or obtain any help whatsoever.The second item ordered, a dress, was needed for a wedding which will be over by the time i receive it -- and if it is anything like the blouse I ordered, I doubt it will be an item I will want to keep.I thank you for any help you can give and really just appreciate getting this off my chest. Such poor service.

      I purchased some clothing (pants) that I have received only 2 so far (at separate times) - Both are too large. I contacted the company-Zoluckys and requested to return the items but instead, they offered me 15% off and keep the item(s). I refused of course and then offered 25% off and keep the item. I refused.I told her, (via email) I only wish to return the items and they said ok. They sent via Email a mailing label to send the items back to *****, even though the return address on the package says **********. They know and I know that its more costly to return package to ***** than the clothing itself! *** pleaded with them to let me return the items to ********** but they refused. Im so upset and frustrated and feel like Ive been taken.Im sure this has happened before and will happen again. I am a retired senior citizen and cant afford to just let it go and forfeit my money!! Can you please help me???

      The company gave me one last opportunity to take 40% discount so I took it. The only other option was to mail it back to ***** ! Very dissatisfied with this company!

      Placed order on 2/9/2023 at 14:12:55 total of $223.81 20 items I paid the asked price on the website, I got all but 1 item today (the bra $18.88). I contacted them to ask how to return a majority of the items as they were very much misrepresented in the description (color/size/material). When I live chatted with them this morning, I was told by whomever was on the other end of the chat, that I am "unable to return "final sale price" items!" NOWHERE was that on my order - nor the emails that Ive gotten from them. I just want them to reimburse me for the items that I purchased and at the price that I purchased. I was also advised that it is my responsibility to pay for returns and they are going to take an additional %15 OFF of what they will allow me to return.So, now I am STUCK with 11 items that I will NOT wear and that I paid for and am unable to return for reimbursement.I want the money they owe me, I will pay to return the items with tracking through ***** but I want my money! They owe me $107.46 for the price of the items that I want to return.They can return the money to the original payment form on file.They are being extremely deceptive and stealing peoples money. I dont know about you, but I DONT have an extra $107.46 that I can ignore and basically throw away. I dont have a way to get my money back from the items that they wont take back so I cant even recover part of the money.

      2/10/23, 2/7,23 and last few months they've been sending me emails. I UNSUBSCRIBED, they sent email. Thought I'd give them time so I just kept deleting. They kept sending. I sent ANOTHER UNSUBSCRIBE, still get emails. Finally I sent them an email telling them I UNSUBSCRIBED SEVERAL TIMES but continue to get emails. They NEVER REPLIED. BUT I continue getting the email ads so now I'm reporting them. This has gone on over 2 months at least. Could you please tell them to STOP? They aren't respecting my wishes & they're INVADING MY PRIVACY and I'm STRESSED from this. As a senior citizen I don't need to be hassled like this. PLEASE HELP? Thank you very much.

      Transaction Date: 13 December 2022. The money was paid to a company called "Zolucky". their address is in ********************************************. I have tried to contact the seller, but they will not respond. Their website chat function does not work. The seller has no phone number. They are in a foreign country and hide from American customers. Although I have an order number, when i enter that number into their website, the website says that order number does not exist, even though their email to me included that order number. I implore BBB to help Americans by terminating the ability of these foreign criminals from the company Zolucky in ******, *****, to steal money from honest Americans.
