I filed a dispute with them, as I ordered a product and realized the next day it was a scam. Account to their policy this was covered. When I did they were extremely unprofessional, violated several compliance regulations (like privacy), and had poor continuity issues between websites or apps or physical cards. There were several other issues. I just think there needs to be an overarching investigation into this company.Business Response

I decided to try the same day pay option loading directly to my back account and nothing was transferred over. Contacted my bank and they didnt see anything. Contact payactiv and they said the funds were submitted. We went in circles, even emailed my bank statement and still nothing. This happened twice. No real customer service. This app is terrible and will steal your money. Please dont use.Business Response

I use pay active all the time. They always deduct there money from my paycheck on what I take out.. well this week they didnt deduct any out of my check. So I called them and they are making me pay $189.96 of last weeks ( its supposed to automatically come out of my check before my new weeks starts) PLUS ****** of what I already took out for this week. So now I have $304 coming out and my check is $324 .. they wont work no payment plans with me or anything ! It falls on them and not me! It was supposed to come out of my check and it didnt ! Now my next weeks check is going to be only $14! Probably not even that because I still have taxes coming out ! And then they are VERY RUDE.Business Response

Upon review, we found that due to a technical issue on her employer's end, Ms. ****** paycheck was not processed in the correct pay period. Additionally, Payactiv does not offer a payment or installment plan for Early Wage Access ***** repayment.

I contacted through chat on April 3rd about my account. It was deactivate year or so ago and now I am wanting to have it reactivated. It was sent to the ********** who sent me an email about contacting them, which I did via email the same day. Im just trying to get a resolution with my account to be reactivated. I've been asking this company for help trying to figure out why their app hasn't updated since last week (exactly one week today), this is a company that's attached to our paychecks at work and if their app isn't updated it can truly cause us to have real difficult issues with our pay and I've had alot of problems with them in the two years or so I've been with them but always let it go, well this time I've been asking them for an entire week now what the problem with their app is and all they do is repeat their questions, run me in circles over and over and over after waiting forever to even get someone online AND NO MATTER WHAT NOBODY WILL ANSWER MY ONE QUESTION AS TO WHY THEIR APP HASN'T UPDATED SINCE APRIL 9TH AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER IT, I can't even get a supervisor I'm always told one isn't in right now. This has all caused me such problems with my pay and my bills not that this company cares because it's not them going thru these problems and I just want to be treated fairly like anyone else would want, including them at that company, something needs to be done because this is not a professional or even a nice mattered way to be treated, I wouldn't do it to my customers, I know that!!!! I just don't want and truly can't afford any more issues with my pay I don't understand how this is allowed to keep happening to us when all we do is make our paychecks but have our money messed with especially when things are set up for specific times and dates, that really really causes big issues. I have been calling payactiv for the last 3days and has had no results.. First it was I need to call my employer did that.. Than I still couldnt log in ask to speak to supervisor no supervisor available ask for a complaint number no number ask for a corporate office no corporate office.. For them to deal with a lot of major businesses they provide horrible service to the business employees.. I have a voice recording of the whole very unprofessional conversation.. And how they continue to give you the run around without handling the situation this is very stressful I am an emotional wreck need to handle my business and cant this is wearing heavily on me I wish I could start an class action lawsuit against them for emotional damage and mental damageBusiness Response

I have tried to get this business to help me get into my account since 4/5/25. I have spoken to multiple agents who have not helped me whatsoever. Then Im told to email a certain email to talk to a certain department and they take days to reply.
