    Eargo has an excellent product, hands down. Better than that, they have a phenomenal customer service team. What's a product without easy to reach and understandable support? In more than two years, I've never been let down by the Eargo6 product or the Eargo support team. I'm confident a person could choose any of their products and be completely satisfied.

    I'm a first-time user of any type of hearing aids. After researching multiple OTC and prescription brands I decided to buy the EARGO 7 based on reviews and ratings from users and hearing care professionals. I've had my EARGO 7's for just over six weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. In addition to noticing sounds that I haven't heard for several years, I am getting feedback from my partner that I seem to be more attentive. One other benefit I've noticed is an improvement in the level of attention I was giving to my tinnitus, to the point now I seldom notice it when wearing my Eargo devices. I've found that by following the guidance provided by the EARGO staff and the video tutorials provided I've adapted to wearing hearing aides in the amount of time they said it would take. I noticed an improvement in my hearing immediately. It took a few days to get over having something in my ears. Initially i felt some itching and was conscious of having the devices in my ears. Over the course of a couple of weeks wearing them became second nature to the point that I've laid down at night several times before realizing I still had them in. Also do try the various sized and petals. After wearing the medium size for two weeks I switched to the large and found these more comfortable and more stable in my ears. Also ask the EARGO online staff for advice. They recommended the open petals for my type of hearing loss and that also made things sound very natural for me. I'm very impressed with the quality of sound I get and the way the EARGO 7's have brought so much of what I was missing back for me. What I also really love is that most people don't even know I'm wearing hearing aids unless I tell them. Even my partner has to look right into my ear to see if I am using them.

    I just started wearing Eargo hearing aids and can not say enough about how satisfied I am with their quality and performance. In addition, the team of customer support that comes with them is by far second to none. I highly recommend Eargo for the overall service you will receive from them in providing you with an improved hearing experience.

    I have tried OTC hearing aids that are just amplifiers and create background feedback to the point of being only an annoyance. I needed to have something to help me before I became too depressed and withdrawn from my social world.I began researching and found EARGO 7 the small size fit hidden inside the ear with no feedback. You download the app and choose the features. The experts are always there to help you and answer questions. They worked immediately!! These are the best! I feel like my old self again and forget I have these in my ears. I love my EARGO 7 !!

    I would recommend Eargo 7 hearing aids. Why? Because I have received mother hen level attention from Eargo. The hearing aids are literally invisible as I have shocked many people when I show them. But even better, they really work well. My wife no longer has to yell in my ear and a happy wife brings a happy life. My right ear device became problematic and Eargo replaced it with no hesitation. I am happy with my Eargo 7 hearing aids.

    I am a previous owner of the Eargo hearing aids (ne0-hi/fi) and have been for 3-4 years. I have used this product and enjoyed and hearing quality and the freedom of selecting my own hearing problem from the factory settings as well as app modifications that provides optional hearing settings in situational occasions that happen. I had a much more expensive hearing aid that was always causing me to contact others to make adjustments to the programming of the aid. Much better experience for me to do the adjustments myself...."on the fly." I took advantage of the recent offer to upgrade my hearing aids to "7's" only because to take advantage of the upgrades with the new ones.......not because the old ones were giving me trouble. The new "7's"are a little more comfortable to use because of the change in design of the "pedals" and the couple of hours extra wear that the previous ones provided. (the original pair still works great and holds its charge as originally programed. The recent offer came with a "Link" (similar to "earbuds", but has hearing aid capabilities as well as pre-programming streaming. It saved our marriage by not having to turn the tv and other devices up to hear. I have enjoyed using both devices. Well worth the money.....but found you have to listen to/or read the instructions to fully appreciate the devices and their capabilities. The only problem that i have with these is forgetting to take them out when swimming or taking a shower.......

    I have been using Eargo hearing aids for over 3 months. Prior to that I tried 4 or 5 other brands, some less expensive and some more expenive. Eargo's are by far the best. The others don't compare. Most importantly they improved my hearing considerably. They are comfortable (after I got used to them), and invisible--a big plus. Also customer service is very good--these people know what they are doing.

    Sound quality excellent. Fit is comfortable. App is easy to follow to get everything set up. All the videos are excellent and easy to follow.I had asked an audiologist which of the in the canal OTC hearing aids I should get, and she said Eargo. That made my decision easy (been considering a hearing aid for months but way too hard to come to a final decision from reading all the articles/reviews). As importantly, the 45-day free trial let me feel confident about jumping in.

    Initially, tech support was highly responsive, but after the trial period ended, their responsiveness declined significantly, with callbacks taking until the following day.The devices are adequate but not exceptional. The charger has a peculiar issue where the cable must be plugged in for a few minutes to wake up the hearing aids before they begin being used.Additionally, *** struggled to get proper assistance with the fit of the hearing aids, which has been a persistent ************ summary, I would not recommend the Eargo 7.

    PRO ***************** from initial purchase point of contact to follow up questions/issues with audiologist- above average guidance -Videos, technology, app, self-adjusting, online tutorials- comprehensive, user friendly -For my patience (procrastination?), I was rewarded with a solid value at a great price -I absolutely love the EARGO concept, ***************************** vs trad hearing aids CON -Unfortunately, I will be returning the EARGOs. Even with excellent customer support, I was unable to insert them properly in my ear canals, as advised this does happen occasionally with ITC aids -There was no problem returning the EARGO's. **************** was spot on with providing free return shipping instructions. Refund was immediate and complete.
