      I am writing to file a complaint regarding the service I received from budgetair.com from which I purchased 5 air tickets on TAP Airlines. The tickets were paid in full on Feb 2nd, 2024. Recently, I received an email notifying me of a change in the return flight schedule. The email lacked any contact information, phone number, or specific details about the changes made. Chat is the only way to contact them. The new proposed flight was scheduled very early in the morning, which was inconvenient. I did not approve this change and instead contacted the agency via chat to request a return to my original flight time. The new flight time was actually the same time as the original, but I didnt realize that it is a day earlier. I immediately contacted the agency to stop my approval within a minute of my approval. The agent assured me that my approval had been halted and that I would receive alternative options within ***** hours. However, the agent also mentioned that when airlines change schedules, it is often impossible to maintain the original itinerary.This situation is very concerning as I am traveling with my family, and all our reservations are non-refundable. This change not only shortens our vacation but also results in a significant financial loss.I urgently request your intervention to resolve this issue and reinstate my original flight. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, I asked them to change the flight for 4 of us to stay a day longer (leave on the 18th) except one passenger that has to leave on the 17th. Although this will come with extra expenses, but I cant accept a day less and more expenses on my flight.They don't provide any option for a phone call, only chats and chat cuts off and responses are within ***** hours, which is too late for my upcoming flight in 6 days! They dont allow a copy of your chat with them, but I took a screenshots of all of our discussions. Attached is my original ticket.

      I purchased air tickets from this agency. Paid in full at the time of purchase. Now, I got an email that flight schedule has been changed. There is no contact information. No phone number. No information what has been changed. The chat bot does not give option to text but only to select from the list. I dont know how to contact these people and get answers. All reviews on yelp are negative.

Booking # BUSA-******* (See also attached response letter to Citi Cards regarding charge dispute & non-acceptance by Travix.) -Blocked/misdirected by BudgetAir/Travix/****** in initial 24 hour refund period. -Offered partial refund after filing dispute w/ **** if dispute dropped.

      Dear Better Business Bureau, Im writing to lodge a formal complaint against a budget air travel agency. Despite advertising flexibility for itinerary changes during ticket purchase, the agency refused to accommodate our request to change departure airports and date, as advertised on their website. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, with no phone support available. Additionally, the agency refused to rebook *********** after the airline changed our departure date, causing us to lose $2400.       I purchased a flight, and at the last minute budget air cancelled it saying the flight is cancelled, there are no alternative flights, and that they will issue me a refund. They followed up this cancellation email with another email saying they will refund me in 8-12 weeks. It has been more then 4 months and I have yet to receive my refund and they told me they will not refund me even though I have evidence showing that they cancelled my flight and told me they would refund me! This business scammed me out of my money

      I purchased a flight through the company Travix USA, LLC website BudgetAir.com and the flight was changed drastically and now has me arriving a day earlier. I can not get in contact with anyone at this company. I filled out the form to have someone contact me and they havent. They claim they have 24/7 live chat but its an auto robot and I cant even type any words into the chat. I am traveling with someone else and their flight was changed also but only slightly and still arrive the next day. This has created a huge inconvenience and I am trying to get it resolved, but I can not get any one on the phone. I would like them to adjust my flight to the same as my travel partner ************************************* or refund both our flights so we can book through the airline directly. My flight BUSA-9926840 $370.99 or both flights $778.62

      The business did not provide the booked services and refused to issue the refund.I rented a car from BudgetAir through Car Trawler for $189 but never received the car or a refund. I arrived at the airport at 3 am and found no one there to assist me. Despite following all instructions and attempting to contact the car rental desk using the provided number, I received no response. After a 2.5-hour wait and a 22-hour flight, I had to take a taxi to my hotel. When I reached out to them a few days later, they requested my flight ticket information, which I provided. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I didn't show up. I insisted that I was there and followed all instructions but got no response. I filed a bank claim, but they repeated the same story to my bank, making it harder to get my money back. It's been two months of trying to resolve this with no resolution in sight. I am looking for help to resolve this and get my money back.Additional information:My car rental booking ID in the Budgetair app is GE799949220. The case ID for the claim with Car Trawlers is ********.

      Refund amount was wrong. I paid $1619.20 for ************* Air Canada ticket through Vayama but the refund of $1530.20 does not match what I paid even though Vayama told me there was no cancellation fee since I cancelled within 24 hours. According to Vayama's and federal policy, because I cancelled within 24 hours and the ticket was more than 7 days in advance, I should've received the $89.00 difference back as well. Repeated emails to ***************************** were ignored from ******************************************************* and **************************************. What do I do?
