Exceptional by nature, crafted for wellness" This was not experienced by my husband and I. In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, I ordered amenities to be staged in our room prior to arrival. They were not there, had to call and wait 1/2 hour (with husband on the porch for surprise factor) for the 2 deliveries it took to accomplish. And I staged the room myself! There was room construction 2 doors down from our room, so during the days there was no "peaceful environment." There was loud music, drills, hammering, saws, and yelling over said music. There were extremely loud guests, that came into the room above us at 10 pm on our last night. My husband could not sleep at all, I was awoken at 1:00 am to screams, as they were still using their hot tub. I did call down to the desk to complain. It somewhat worked, as the occupants then continued until 3:00 am talking loudly, running around, and turning off and on their hot tub jets. As if to retaliate. This was all explained to the manager upon check out and no talk of a discount was offered for our high priced 2 days/3 nights stay of unexpected issues, and lack of the "peaceful environment." And no way did this entity, "lead to a better you." In fact, the candles I used around my bathtub and hot tub (Apple/Cinnamon), created an "eye burning" experience for the cleaners. Thus, creating the room to be "unusable" and "out of commission for the night." We were charged a smoking fee of 250.00 +tax. It was a traumatizing experience that we will not put ourselves through again! Disappointment!!
