    DO NOT REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR'S FIT AND FINISH. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRACTICES. I recently took my vehicle to Tag Collision Center in **********, **. to get an estimate. My car had been in an accident that was not my fault. I was talking to one of the Shop's representatives on the phone and wanted to know if genuine parts will be used for the repair. I was concerned especially because of a friend of mine dealing with a water roof leak after his vehicle had been repaired. When I asked if genuine parts will be used for the repair, she replied that only non-oem and used parts will be used. She also told me that if they used OEM parts, that I would be responsible for paying the difference. I did not think that it is fair as the accident is not my fault and they are taking OEM parts out. It will be reasonable to put OEM parts back. She immediately put me on hold and when she returned, she said "we are not compatible". and that they will not be repairing my car. I asked what was the reason for denying me the service and she replied "There is nothing we will to make you happy" and asked me when I would go pick up my car. When I went to pickup my car that same day, I can tell she was very upset. Another person was helping me, which was very professional. The person that I had talked on the phone approached the desk and asked "do you know what you are doing?" still clearly upset. I responded, "I heard you". She got my car from their yard and left the key on the counter without saying a word. If you care about your cars' fit and finish, do not take your car here. They will use the cheapest materials.

    1-I had a really bad experience over the customer service, definitely need to give some customers service orientation to *************************, her attitude towards me was nasty.2-they return me my car not completely fixed aside of the excessive overcharge they did!! Nearly 9k.3-I was trying to explain ******* what was wrong with the car but she did not listen instead she was giving her opinion of what she think is wrong with the car.4-I need to get in touch with a manager or the body shop repairs that knows what Im talking about please.

    My brother's vehicle has been in that shop for months now. ******* is the individual assigned to manage the repairs and provide my brother with updates. I stepped in an effort to facilitate the communication on my brother. Unfortunately, we will never know why ******* is currently employed at TAG Collision of **********, **********. I expressed my concerns with *******'s poor bedside manner and lack of communication to her manager *******. ******* is great and very respectful. Today the unknown lady that picked up the call informed me that the manager ******* was gone for the day so I respectfully made it clear to her that I did not want to speak to ******* and if there was someone else available to give me a quick update. That unknown lady transferred me over to ******* and ******* was probably having a bad day and it lead to her being disrespectful as she hung up the call. I don't take it personal but I do hope that ******* is re-trained along with the unknown lady that transferred my call and I also hope that they can separate their personal issues and focus on delivering outstanding customer service like it should be. If they aren't happy working there, they should seek employment elsewhere that will bring them the joy that they deserve.
