    I'm leaving this negative but honest review on caucus Pest Control I'm a disabled veteran and I just paid them not too long ago almost $1, 300 to get my mobile home underpinning and wired up I noticed that I've been smelling like something dead up under the house coming through the heat ventilation I went outside today and these are the pictures that I took because they coming and nesting to the house and I don't feel bad for leaving this review because I get a once a month check and so I got behind on paying them for the big amount Plus the monthly amount and they cut me off and the manager Named **** I asked for him to call me back about the concern and unto this day he never have called me back it's sad because it's the one way communication with ***** Pest Control I cannot hardly breathe and have the air condition the heat on I don't know what to do because I'm disabled secretary is a beautiful young lady and she tried to get **** to call me back about the concern I had about them wanting all their money before they were service my property feel so bad been a disabled veteran and Corky's say leave live with the rats so I finally got them caught up and they started coming back but this wine and concealing up the mobile home that's under warranty so it don't have anything to do with my regular monthly or quarterly payments pray for me thank you

    I wish giving 0 stars was an option!I was a previous customer of Pacific Pest **********************. They were great! BUT since Corky's bought them, their rates went up by 30% (from $99 to $135!) and the service is terrible! I have been a customer for five years and am on a quarterly plan. Today, I had schedule a technician's revisit because ants are invading my house. This morning, I was on hold for 35 minutes before someone picked up the phone and said would call me back before noon to schedule the appointment. I also texted through their ********** 4 PM, I had not received a call back, nor a ******* 4.20 I called back again, I was told I had to be put on hold so she could schedule the technician's visit...I was on hold for 55 minutes and still would be if I had not hung up...I also texted...again....no response.I called again, and after 25 minutes someone was finally able to schedule the revisit, but only after I shared my Corky's experience!Why would anyone want to waste their money and their time to be a Corky's "customer"? There are others out there!

    I am terribly sorry for your experience. I can definitely help you regarding the price increase. As for the long hold times etc. we have a new phone system now to prevent that from happening in the future. We value all our customers and that is why we changed phone systems. This one is much better and more efficient. Please call and we can assist you!

    I have a service two monthly and usually have **** who does an amazing job. Today I had *** and the service was terrible! He spent more time in his truck than he did on the service. No cobweb sweeping or spraying round windows and ***** or fogging under house. Do not want this technician again!

    BUYER BEWARE! I was a previous customer with PRO PACIFIC PEST ********************. PRO PACIFIC merged and/or was bought out by CORK'S PEST CONTROL. Since the merger, my bills have increased SIGNIFICANTLY. I receive regular text messages and emails containing erroneous billing information-which is very stressful. I have been billed for months without my home being serviced. I've contacted customer service numerous times. I always get the run around and told I have an outstanding balance almost near $500. How can I have a balance without being serviced? I am asking that my account be brought to a zero balance. I have repeatedly requested a monthly service plan, which includes a technician providing pest control services. This has not been happening and i have been billed for it. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Shame on CORKY'S. Better Business Bureau-PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

    Hello, the services you signed up for are on a quarterly basis. I have the actual contract and will send you a copy today via email. It is quarterly service and monthly billing. I can see why you are confused about your services with Pro Pacific as they came out per your request for many retreats in between the quarterly services. The accounting department has adjusted off as much as they can and you are responsible for the $449.00. Half of that was rolled over from Pro Pacfic. If you need the documentation I would be happy to provide anything you need.

    They increased prices when new owner came in without notifying customers then I just received a call from some woman that said I had a remaining balance of eight dollars the she lied and said another increase happened a couple weeks ago I stated that I had the last service on May 6th and a couple weeks is town not last month she lied again and said a letter was sent out but it never happened again the technician accepted the check without any questions regarding it no being more considering a a great man I trust makes me think maybe even he didn't know but that lying woman stated she was just letting me know I had a unpaid balance now I'm going to consider my options and our technician from *****'s is a good man in fact the other tech's they've sent out I've turned away and will not let on the property because they do less than five minutes worth of service basically doing nothing I again would hate to not have the amazing service from the only *****'s tech that actually gives a darn. I'm not the type of man that uses the colorful language that others use but this is an instance in which i did.

    Upon reviewing the account it is showing the customer has been reached out to and the issue was resolved. The cost had been increased and we lowered it to what he was previously paying. Customer is still on active service.

    I have had *****'s service for years for my small attached home. Last year was horrible as there were times that no tech came, and I am an elderly person, so once it was a few months before I realized they weren't servicing, and I had to call them. This was the recent fall season. They said they were in the middle of merging and were short techs. They never notified me, and along with that they billed monthly, and raised the price without any notification. I only found out as I have automatic payments. When I finally got serviced, one night they came after dark, and another time they scheduled, but didn't show as the "job before you took a long time". I have an inside dog so there are no issues with being able to service. Then, last month, they upped the charges again, no notice! I called to cancel with them and drop their service which has been awful for months, and they told me that it was dropped. Great, no $69 service charges, but now I get a call saying I owe them another $69 as they require a 60 day cancellation notice! They consistently gave me no notice for not showing during their 'merger', but kept charging, and then when I called to cancel any future services, they said absolutely nothing about a 60 day clause. How is it that they can raise my fees without notice, but I have to give them 60 days resulting in almost $140 additional costs after cancellation. I have had the service for so many years I have no 'access' to the original contract, and it is not found anywhere on their portal or in my account. I have NOT paid them the additional monies as of yet, and am going to write my Senator about this ridiculous 'contract issues', especially as I have had the service for years now.

    Customer has been with us since 08/14/2020. According to our records service is on a monthly billing and 6 week service. In July 2023 they were service on July 20, 2023 and then again October 4th 2023. That was the longest period in customers history of going past 6 week service. Two appointments were rescheduled and those were on 11-21-2023 and 12-16-2023. On their last service the technician was tracked being there from 9:12am to 10:01am. He noted he dewebbed and treated foundation, *****, window casings, door frames, outdoor furniture, gazebo, and perimeter. We did recently have an increase due to the rising costs of products we use to treat with. The only charge I see on the account is for $69 and that is for the May 24th 2024 billing date and customer cancelled on May *********. We definitely could have helped the customer and they would have been pleased with the outcome.

    I am SO disappointed in their service! Thank goodness I have a Ring camera. Two different times the technician came, rang my doorbell and realized no one was home, sprayed for less than 5 minutes and left. Both times, the technician wrote that they treated my porch, ***** and windows, the landscape surrounding my home, and the fence line. In order to do this, it would require a minimum of 20 minutes. Without my Ring, I would have never known that they did not spray. Another time *****'s sent their technician to spray and it was raining, This makes no sense as it would wash the spray away. It is impossible to reach a local office. I emailed photos of the technician arriving and leaving without doing his job. I never heard anything.I would NOT recommend using *****'s.

    Customer ***** started service on 9/01/23. Tech did a full exterior service, and he was there from 1:18pm to 1:53 pm. Tech was there for 35 min.On 10/12/23 tech did a full exterior service. Tech was there from 3:11 pm to 3:32 pm. Tech was there for 21 minutes.On 10/20/23 another tech went out because customer said on her camera last tech wasnt thorough and left fast. Tech was there from 2:48 pm 3:14 pm. Tech was there for 26 minutes.On 12/6/23 tech did full exterior service. Tech was there from 4:34 pm 4:53 pm. Tech was there for 20 minutes.On 2/5/24 tech did full exterior service. Tech was there from 10:39 am 11:19 am. Tech was there for 40 minutes.2/13/24 tech went back to re treat due to rain on the last service. Tech was there from 7:44 am 8:17 am. Tech was there for 33 minutes.On 3/25/24 tech did full exterior service. Tech was there from 4:38 pm 4:58 pm. Tech was there for 20 minutes.So, as you can see this customer had service in a timely manner and tech was there doing a thorough job for at least 20 minutes if not longer per service. Tech went out when it was raining on a different day to re-treat since he was not able to treat on the day it was raining. Branch Manager ********************* checked video footage and the only thing he could see was the doorbell so you cant see the entire service. The only thing that he could see was that tech started at 16:36 and ended at 16:56 so 20-minute service.

    Customer ********************* started Initial Pest ********************** Service on 8/18/23. Tech did initial outside perimeter treated all accessible areas/rodent traps set since he had rats trying to eat his car.On 8/29/23 tech went out to do a ******************** The customer is questioning the bill for the service because he is saying tech did not do pest control service. The tech was not here to do pest control but the initial for rodent control. The tech installed rodent stations. 2 in ******* in AC unit and 1 in trash bin.Accounting was going to waive the fees for September and October as a courtesy, but **** cancelled all services and had the bait stations picked up.On both services for pest and rodent control the tech did the full service. Chemicals were used and the service was completed.

    I have had corkys for years and for the last 2 years almost since 2022 they have charged me for a service they did not do! I have left multiple messages and spoken to *******. *************, and the rude person in accounting. The tell me they will give me my money back for services not rendered and then don't and charge me more fees illegally on a card I did not approve them to charge. The manager ******* says she will take of the situation and give me my money back, change my technician to one who will actually do the service, and the accounting person canceled it all and was beyond disrespectful and said she didn't care if a manager took care of it, she is canceling it and no money back. I now get no call back from anyone. Also no one will give me Corporate name, number, or email. I have 2 years of video footage of the technician not services my property no webs cleaning, no entering my backyard yet charge me. I called corkys every time it happened and they lie and say they will fix it but don't. I want my 2 years of payments back and a call from Corporate immediately! This is the worst service all around. Every employee covers the other one and refuses to fix the problem.

    ******************* ******************************************************************** ************ After looking over the history of services done at the customers house there have been several times where the tech had to re-schedule because there was no answer at the door, or he could only treat the front yard because the dog was in the back yard.In January **************************************************************************************************** February 2023 the fee was waived. In March 2023 she was refunded $73.50. In October and November fees were also waived. On November 3, 2023, she was given an adjustment of $289.50 approved by the President of the company due to customer complaining about service not being done. Moving forward President said we will no longer do service at this property.
