      If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company deserves no stars! This company is a liar and a fraud and should be taken out of circulation! Do not trust them! Everything on their website is on back order and I mean, seriously back ordered by months! How do they do business is beyond me because they do not have the products they advertise in stock, or if so, in very small quantities. I have have been extremely frustrated following up on orders with them and have been waiting 2 months for simple items like bobbins and needles. I ordered from them using a gift certificate or Id never have ordered from them again. Ive looked at 4 other websites that have the products I want so whats wrong them that after two months they just cant get my stuff to me. I believe they are fraudulently advertising stuff they dont have and dont seem to be able to procure. For example, I searched for stabilizers and of the 7 listed on their site, FOUR are out of stock, 2 say low stock ( 1 or 2 remaining) and 1 seems in stock. They really dont have any stock and lure you in with promise of quick delivery . And one order they sent through **** was stuck in the system for 6 weeks. I placed the order on Feb 6 and didnt receive the incomplete order till March 13! Something they did wrong Im sure . Then there were 3 items missing which to date April 1st, have not been received. I had a similar experience with them last fall when I first tried to use my gift certificate and everything was on back order ! I hate these people and I was hoping to receive everything I ordered to use up my gift certificate, and then never order from them again and warn others from using them.

      I placed a very small order and heard nothing for a week. Then I called and received the order 5 days later. I don't have a firm opinion of the company or their service.

      Same day shipping is a joke, I've had to contact them 3 times about my order from a week and a half ago and it still hasn't shipped. Online chat people never have access to the system so they always say to call the number. The people who answer the phone are very apologetic, but the order still isn't shipped. They should remove the same day shipping and delivery within 3-5 business days from their website.

      Customers order has shipped. She was emailed tracking to her email on 2/7. We changed the shipping to expedited at our expense for the delay. Her package is expected to be delivered today according to the tracking information.

      Do not order from them. My well meaning husband ordered me a Juki and teflon foot in early November (it's now December 15). They were supposed to ship within 10 days of placing the order. We received the wrong teflon foot- a Babylock. When he inquired about the machine, he was told that it's shipping any day direct from the manufacturer and we would receive an email with shipping information. Not surprisingly, we have not and will now need to contact our credit card company regarding this fraudulent company.

      I bought a Baby Lock sewing machine from Sewingmachinesplus.com, after testing it out in a local store. The sale went smoothly, no surprise. The problem came when I found that the machine was problematic on several of the most important things, related to the stitching, function, and overall sewing experience. I was stopped cold with my sewing projects. I spoke numerous times with a service person at the business. They told me to use better thread, and gave me tips about setting the tension, etc. I followed all of their advice, with zero results, leaving me with what I consider a lemon. I registered it upon purchase, so it was warranted. I spent almost $100 to ship and insure it to them, and I still have a non-functioning machine. Upon receiving it back, I asked what the problem was, and they said they had to adjust the timing. (Why should that be for a brand new machine?) I wanted them to service it so that it worked. When I asked the guy at Sewingmachinesplus,com about my taking it to a local vendor for repair, he said that they would not likely work on it unless I bought it there. When I called Baby Lock, I was told that, per contract with Baby Lock, vendors who sell Baby Locks are required to service their machines. Then, if they determined that it needed more work, they should then ship it (at my cost again) to Baby Lock. I have over 50 years of sewing machine experience, and have sewn on many machines. I have never spent this much money on a machine, and never had such a terrible experience from a seller. I do not feel they have handled my case to any kind of satisfaction. Its been nothing but headaches, leaving me with no sewing machine to use, and I am out of over $1,300. I DO NOT recommend buying a machine online, particularly from Sewingmachinesplus.com! Buyer beware!

      I've been a customer of ******************** for 4 years and have had great service from them. I bought a King ******* II Elite longarm and frame from them in Oct. 2020. Tech support, when I've needed them, has been top notch. I bought a robotics system from them 2 yrs ago, and then I bought a Juki sewing machine from them a few weeks ago. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Sewing Machines Plus and I highly recommend them.

      I give this business a zero star rating. Never, ever, ever, ever buy a machine from them. bought a new embroidery machine from them that does not work. I've tried and tried, but itkeeps having every issue imaginable. When I try to get customer service from them they are never available. Who can sit around the phone forever and wait for their call that rarely comes. When it does, they are not much help. They just try to sell you some more software. Yea, sure. I wouldn't buy anything else from them. They said I had a money back guarantee, but now say I have had it too long. It's taken me this long to figure out it doesn't ************ your hard-earned money elsewhere! Live and learn. I think the new ones all come from Tawain now. The old ones hold their value better and work better too. *************************** ************ just wants to drain money out of you. I give them a one only because I have to to submit. I say a big fat 0.

      Terrible customer service. Placed an order for an item that said was in stock. After an email to customer service asking about ship date, received a reply item was backordered with no estimated delivery date. Call customer service to cancel order and was told system was down would cancel as soon as back up. Waited three days and called again and was told they were behind in processing refunds but order was cancelled. Called again two days ago and was told it takes up to 5 days for refund to show. Now close to two weeks after canceling and no refund and no item. Now have to go through the process of disputing. Never again. Buyer beware.

      Terrible customer service. I placed an order on September 7. It took almost a month to receive an item and upon receipt, the item did not work. I contacted customer service immediately to inform them. Several calls and emails later I received a return slip to send the item back. The shipped item was received per the tracking number 11 days ago and I am still awaiting my refund. I just sent another email requesting the status of my refund. I also sent a "contact us" customer service email due to my disappointment over a month ago and never received a follow-up. I will never shop here again. I am thankful, unlike other customers, that I did not order a machine of any kind through them. What a disappointing nightmare.

      Technical Support is terrible , they dont call back. I paid for a ****** robotic system that doesnt work. I bought a 10ft frame, King ******* ll and the robotics. I had trouble with service and getting things shipped from day 1. I cant return it, and I cant use it. I would not recommend this company. All they seem to care about is the initial sale.
