      I booked COVID testing in May 2022 for a July 2022 pre-cruise test. We showed up and the place was locked up tight. When I called, they said the tester called in sick. We scrambled to get testing before the cruise and were lucky enough to get it done in time. I was told a refund was forthcoming. 3 months later, no refund. I called again and they said it was taking longer than expected to issue refunds from their corporate office. I was told by the Customer Service person that she would follow up with an email (which she did) but when I replied back a week later, it came back as undeliverable. I think the whole company was a ****. Lesson learned.

      They cancelled our appointment last minute before travel.because location suddenly had to shut down and have yet to receive a refund from April 2022

      OnPoint left us high and dry, scrambling to get our pre-cruise COVID tests in ****** this past September. The links they sent were invalid; we were even a few minutes early for our test appointment time. OnPoints online chat that had previously been very helpful went unanswered, as did several emails we sent in the hours after our appointment time. If I could give zero stars or better yet, negative stars I would. I think they have now gone out of business as their website only shows a blurry pair of hands forming a heart - what a joke. If you still have an appointment with OnPoint your best best is to save all of your communication, confirmations, etc. and if they no-show for your appointment dispute the charge with your credit card company on the basis of services paid for but not received. And know that this is a lengthy process. I disputed my charge on Sept 23 and it was finally resolved on Nov 28. RUN from this company! Do not use them!

      Tried to request a refund today and the website goes nowhere. I don't have any way to contact them now. Guess I can try to dispute it with my credit card

      I scheduled my wife and her sister-in-law for an online Zoom appointment. They took the $36.08 total fees from the credit card immediately. Later we discovered many bad reviews and comments regarding this company. I was able to cancel the Zoom appointment but nobody ever answers the telephone, no matter which prompt/option you press. No refund or contact to date! We had to scramble last minute to get them tested elsewhere 48 hrs prior to their overseas travel!

      My husband and I had scheduled to use OnPoint testing prior to our ****** Cruise when we received an email the night before that our appointments were cancelled and we'd receive a refund. It's been over a month now and after many calls and emails, no further replies or help. I see their website doesn't work either. I guess this was a scam and I'm out money as well. Very frustrating and disappointing. Is there really nothing anyone else can do about this?

      I had two tests scheduled for my husband and I required for a cruise. Then I realized that they had the tests scheduled in ******* **********! We live in ****!! I sent them an email to cancel the appointment and request a refund. A few weeks ago, I emailed them again and they ask me to fill out a refund request. Today I tried to email them again, but the email address I had was no longer and the website goes nowhere! I guess I am out the $258 that I was charged!! What a scam!! Is there anything more I can do?

      Like everyone has said, this is a fake company. Zoom links didnt work, no response via email. The cruise line recommended this site but didnt know much about it. It is a scam so avoid!

      My story is the same as others. I paid for testing online on October 8 for a test to be done October 30. The money was charged to my account. I emailed and asked for a refund. I got a reply back saying it would be reviewed but I have not had any further response nor refund.
