I paid almost $60 for 2 lotions on August 21, 2022. I never received the products. I started reaching out to this business end of September looking for an update. I never got a response for a couple months. She told me in December she would be shipping my product out and I thanked her and was understanding, thinking maybe my order just got missed. I started reaching out again in January and February and no response. March a couple times, no response. Then finally I started commenting publicly about what happened to me on her page hoping to get her attention. She kept deleting all of my comments and finally blocked me. I will never receive these products and just gave her money for nothing. Very disheartening.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Sye on 11/24/22, since that day I have not gotten my product or any response to multiple emails sent to the seller. I filed a dispute with PayPal and she supplied a tracking number saying my order was shipped. A week later **** still had not received anything so it is my belief she generated a tracking label to get a tracking number to give to me in order to get me to cancel my dispute while never shipping the item. I have tried numerous times to contact *** with zero response, this person is scamming people and taking money without delivering product. I am still seeking a refund on my order, I have filed a dispute with the bank and reported the business to the CA Attorney General ************************* in an effort to get her attention and get reimbursed.Initial Complaint

I purchased skin care products on 10/23/22 and still have not received them. Merchants website states **** days processing. I first reached out on 11/8/22 and asked for an order update as I had not received tracking or a shipping notification. I received no response. I reached out again on 11/10/22 asking again for an update, I did not receive a response. I then tried reaching out to the seller on the business Instagram on 11/10/22 and asked when my items would be shipping. The seller stated "they will be shipping this upcoming week." I reached out again via direct message on Instagram on 11/21/22 because I still had not gotten a tracking number or shipping notification, I received no response. I commented several times between 11/21/22 and 11/27/22 inquiring about my orders on the company instagram page, all of which were deleted by the owner. I have since found complaints from other customers on instagram/tiktok/BBB stating they never receiving their products even after 2/3 months. I spoke to a few of them via Instagram who stated the owner refused to send their product or give a refund for the items she did not send. All had to dispute with their banks. I DMed her on 11/21, 12/6, 12/9, 12/10 and 12/12, all of which were never opened or answered. Today 12/12/22 i commented again asking if she could answer my DMs and tell me where my products were, she blocked me. On her personal Instagram she is going out partying, having expensive dinners and getting her hair done. She clearly enjoys taking customers money and spending it but not sending products. Please DO NOT purchase from her unless you want to just give her your money and never get any product in return.Initial Complaint

I bought product from this merchant, and have not received it, reached out to merchant and they continually ignore me. I've tried via they're website and directly on social media chat and commenting on post and they keep removing it. I placed an order with Skincare by Sye on July 4. After 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking I reached out via email. She told me her assistant had just gotten back ************* and my product would be out that week. 2 weeks later still no tracking I reached out *************. She told me my product would be out that weekend. I told her if I didn't receive I would file a dispute on my card. She asked me not to, that she had just dropped my product off at the Post Office and to give it one day to update tracking! She never responded to me again and I never received any of my merchandise. After doing research, I found over 50+ people she had done this too and is continuing through her social media platform! Please beware. She is a scammer.Initial Complaint

On September 24, 2021 i booked an appointment with this business through their website linked on their instagram page for a brazilian wax. I paid a total of $165 for a service that i never received, due to her constantly rescheduling my appointment. She continuously kept rescheduling my appointment for 5 months after that. Everytime i reached out to her confirming my new scheduled appointment, she would say she wasn't available or that something came up last minute. She claimed she doesn't do refunds, even though it was her fault I wasn't being serviced. I never once confirmed to an appointment time, that I wasn't able to show up to. I should have received a refund, since she was never available to service me. The business never tried to resolve the problem with me and ended up blocking me on instagram when i posted how she scammed me. My friend who is a waxer as well has a client that booked with *************, and the same thing happened to her. She kept rescheduling her, never serviced her, and kept her money. Since February, which was the last time i reached out to this business, she has completely removed her waxing services from her website and only sells body & skincare products now. Which makes me question if she ever even waxed to begin with, or if she was just scamming me all along.
