    Good afternoon! I placed an order on November 25, 2022 for a Threadlab box that was never shipped out to us. I contacted the company multiple times via email, online contact form, and phone (phone number was disconnected) to follow-up and no one responded. I disputed the charge with our **************** and they removed the charge. Now they are continuing to charge our card for services that they are not providing. They charged us 12/25/2022, 1/25/2023, and 2/25/2023 without us receiving any clothing boxes. I again have tried to call and email via the online contact form and the number is still out of service and the online form is not functioning. I have emailed their customer service number and sent a message via ******** without response. They need to stop this recurring charge on our credit card.

    I purchased a subscription from this company, which offers a personal shopper experience (i.e. clothing sent on a subscription basis, with options specific to the subscriber). I received a subscription charge on April 17, 2022 for my first month of service, which is the month that I set up the account. The charge and "level of subscription" was $149.00. I received the second month's charge of $149 on May 16, 2022, but cancelled the order and did not receive any merchandise. I did not receive a refund (order page demonstrating refund due attached). I received a third subscription charge of $149 on June 16, but only ordered and received $132 worth of merchandise, with the order summary declaring that I would receive a $17.00 refund, which I never received (order page demonstrating refund due attached). I received the fourth month's subscription charge on July 17, 2022, for $149.00, but cancelled the order and did not receive any merchandise (order page demonstrating refund due attached). I have called the company several times, and while the call goes directly to voicemail and promises a call back, I have not received one return call. I have also emailed the company several times requesting follow-through on my refunds, but I have not received an email back. I visited the company's ******** page, and several more subscribers have listed the same customer service problems. I can also provide snapshots demonstrating the charges and lack of refunds, the dates of the phone calls, and the emails I sent, if necessary.

    On 7/12/2022 I purchased a package with ThreadLab for $149.00, which was deducted on this day from my bank account. Today, 7/22/2022, I was wondering what was going on with my package because I had not received any emails or tracking info from this company. I logged into my account with them and it said my order had been cancelled. I never cancelled my order. I looked at my bank account to see if I had been refunded and I have not yet been refunded.BUYER BEWARE I did check my spam email and 9 days ago I received an email that automatically went to my spam folder stating that I had 24 hours to confirm my order. If you don't confirm, this company must automatically cancel your order and pretend like they are refunding you right away. Why is this company making you confirm your order? Do they even refund people in this situation? It has been 9 days since this email. It doesn't take 9 days to refund an order. I use ****** (gmail) and for some reason there business emails go right to the spam folder. I have yet to be refunded.
