      We have responded to this person several times.  The credit reporting is accurate.  We do not understand why he keeps making these complaints as we have explained this across several platforms. If he wants further clarification, he can give us a call to explain how not making payments will negatively effect your credit.

      I was going to school at The *******************************************. I took the loan to pay for school but only received ****** of classes before the school closed. I was sent to *****************. I paid cash for the rest of my *******. Now they are still charging for ******* even though its all paid they are directly debiting my bank account for money I didnt get and charging me interest then the remainder is getting sent to my ***************** I called they said talk to ******* of *** ******* and then I call them and Im told to talk to ********* the ********* tells me to call TFC. Is a triangle of call someone else. If I dont get a resolution soon I will be filling in my local court.

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.1.       I spoke with a supervisor ***** on 6/23/21 regarding a check that was issued to TFC. Because the check was sent certified mail, I have records indicating the check was in fact received at the postal office and as a courtesy I called TFC to inform them of this information. The check was an overpayment check to pay off my remaining balance with additional funds needed to be refunded back to me. On this day ***** confirmed my student loan payoff balance was $635. The check was in the amount of $902 leaving me a refund of $267. To start ***** was incredibly unprofessional and did not provide any customer service. I called back on 7/13/21 at 3pm spoke to ***** basically threatened to prolong my refund because I simply requested a statement proving my paid balance and refund issued as proof. I am entitled to this information upon request. ***** was again unprofessional and rude while contradicting the refund amount due to me. I feel that now I need to involve litigation due to mistrust
