    Date of transaction was 08/26/24. We purchased a new vehicle which I put $3,000 down the same day, i have receipt for proof. When going over paperwork we were told we can come back in two business days if there was any problems or if we did not find vehicle suitable for us. We returned to the carlot in exactly two days as we were told to and they refused to comply with their promise and said they cannot return the money because the bank already received payment. Not only that, our brand new car we just got, started having mechanical and electrical issues, including needing maintenance which is not needed until after driving the vehicle ****** miles and we had the car for only two days. We are now car less and transportation is needed immediately. They are not complying with us, it was a false sale, the employer did not follow through with what he expalined and what we signed for. We really need the help please.

    My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Chevrolet Buick GMC or Sanger, CA on 1/12/24. At the time were being charged for ****** and a lojack 'add on' ******. We declined but were told the Lojack was already on the vehicle, something they do on all vehicles because of frequent thefts from the dealership, and they were not going to remove it. Someone else would certainly purchase with these items installed. After some discussion, we decided to purchase anyway. A few days later, the dealership contacted and informed me that the 'add on' was actually etching of the windows with the *** and this had not been done. They offered to refund the ****** charge. Which they did in the amount of ****** a few days later. About the same time, I received a call from Lojack request to schedule the install of my Lojack device. I was furious. They dealership completely lied to me and said the device was already installed. I called and was told they could 'unwind' the deal, but would not issue a refund for the device. This is borderline criminal. There were other issues, such as forgetting to smog the vehicle, something my husband had to do. They did refund us for that and reimbursed for a tank of fuel. I don't want or need the lojack. There are better options and certainly cheaper. I'd like a refund of the ******* plus tax.

We were able to contact one of her references (****) and he mentioned he will reach out to ***************** to call us back. We provided our contact information. We are trying to resolve this issue in a timely matter. Unfortunately ***************** never voiced her concern about *************, this is the 1st we are hearing of it and we are trying to resolve the matter.      Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. We have been in contact with the dealership and they have offered to refund the amount paid for the LoJack unit that was never installed. $2495 plus tax. Thank you for your assistance.

    Two issues were diagnosed on this vehicle; 1) ac blowing warm  2) air only coming from feet and defrost locations.  We did evacuate and recharge ac system and did find what appeared to be slight metallic debris in lubricant which indicates the ac compressor is beginning to come apart.  This was in attempt to addresses the ac blowing warm concern.  Next we replaced the mode/blend door actuator which did not correct the air location concern.  Upon further inspection we discovered the damaged wiring and were able to attribute the loss of function to that.  However after the wiring was corrected the technician found many erratic issues that were all related to the body control module.  From what we can tell when the client installed his own mirrors and damaged the wiring it created a short to ground and damaged the body control module.  The service manager did offer to replace the body control module for the part and program only price of $615.00, the client declined that offer at this point service manager offered to perform complete repair at no cost to customer.  Again customer declined and picked up his vehicle with no out of pocket expense.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I directly took the vehicle in to replace my blender doors and that was not completed. I still have the original blender door i asked for replacement. The original service advisor provider lied to me and tried to get more money out of me. They told me my ac needed to be replaced and that would fix my issue. I told him to focus on replacing my blender doors. They did not due what was asked from the beginning and kept the truck for a week. The service tech admitted to me he failed to follow standard work, missing a critical step. I caught the tech and the advisor lying to me to simply get more money out of me. They arent trust worthy, how do i know they didnt cut the wires themselves to get some type of money out of me and they are blaming my mirrors.  I simply went in to replace my blender doors. And the price was not 615$. When i picked up my truck, ****** told me the bill was 1400$ and matt was sorry about the issue.
