    **** quoted $2000 for a used hybrid battery. He picked up the car and promised it back on Monday. Near the end of business I called **** about the status of my car. He asked if I was paying cash or Zelle. Red Flag! At the shop we reviewed the invoice, I paid by ***** and got the key to my Lexus Hybrid. As I powered the car I saw the same display on the dashboard. He came to flip a switch on the steering wheel to clear it. I immediately realized the hybrid battery didn't need to be replaced. I inadvertently tapped the switch and the battery display appeared. I got home and texted **** "Save my battery; I'm coming to pick it up tomorrow." He replied, "No way this is Exchange." I looked at the invoice and he wrote "Fix hybrid battery". There are 3 different versions of what **** claims about the hybrid battery. We communicated off and on until Nov 16, 2023. He kept telling me to come to the shop to show me what he did to the old cells in the battery. I made two attempts to meet **** at the shop. He was never there. I don't know what type of business he's running but there was nothing wrong with my hybrid battery.

    I went for a battery replacement, 2 days later had the same issue. Took it back to SoCal hybrid they said it was another issue now. Took my car for a 2nd opinion to another hybrid place and they said this place is lying and my battery was never replaced. When I called SoCal hybrid and repair back they denied all my calls and restricted me. This place is a scam, that just steals your money. They don't know what they're doing.

    First of all I purchased a car from ****..the owner with ******* miles on it for *****. I gave him a deposit of *****. The reason I agreed to this price was due to the fact that I was told the top end of the motor was rebuilt. I found out that this was not true. Since day one this car has had multiple problems. He replaced the **** battery for ******** and it lasted two weeks. I can go on and on about the problems with this vehicle. Bottom line is he is a lien holding on this 2010 Prius and for all the inconveniences I'll call it even if he would just transfer the title into my name. Otherwise I will be seeking judgement in a court of law.

    I went there because they advertise this: $575 Hybrid Battery Replacement with 2-************** Limited time offer. Claim yours Today! When I went there they said it would cost $1100! This is very deceiving right? Well, just beware!
