      I am not liable for this debt with Veros Credit, LLC. This account is not mines. I never had a contract with them this company is trying to collect and reporting this to my credit report. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

      This communication is in response to a complaint filed by ***** ****** (Claimant) regarding the above-referenced ID Number. The details of this communication were forwarded to Veros Credit’s Compliance Department where an investigation into this matter was conducted.

      In the complaint, the Claimant claims not his and wants us to provide with original contract.

      According to our records, on May 20, 2021, claimant and ****** *** **** entered into a Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) for the purchase of a used 2015 Mercedes-Benz C Class.  The RISC was assigned to Veros Credit (Company), and an account was created reflecting the obligations thereunder.  Under the terms of the RISC, Claimant promised and agreed to repay the principal amount financed in the sum of $*********, plus a finance charge expressed as interest at the annual percent rate of 19.99%, as more particularly described in the purchase agreement, in monthly installment of $****** over 54 months. 

                  With respect to the claim that the original contract was not provided, the Company responds as follows: Claimant misstates applicable law. The Company is not obligated to provide the original contract. The Company satisfies its obligations following a notification by the consumer that the debt is disputed by providing a copy of such contract.

      To the extent Claimant’s claim can be viewed as a verification of debt request, the Company responds as follows: This letter is sent in response to your request for verification of the debt. This letter encloses a copy of the Retail Installment Sale Contract and Payment History relating to the above referenced account.  The original creditor of the debt was ****** *** **** **** with an address of 609 LAURENS RD GREENVILLE, SC 29607.

      VEROS Credit has a bunch of unprofessional representatives who have zero customer service skills. I spoke with a lady named ***** on 10/16/24 and she had the nerve to tell me she doesn’t have to offer great customer service because she’s not customer service, she’s calling to collect a debt. I switched my withdraw date to the 15th but they still pulled a payment out on the 3rd. I called and they told me it takes 10 days for the money to be reversed but the level of service I got was nasty work. I now record every phone call & every interaction with them. Spoke to *** who claims to be a supervisor said I’m not allowed to record the calls but you guys can record me? Nope! There will be no one sided narrative and both sides need’s to be recorded for my protection. Corporate HQ, please review all calls captured under my account and reprimand those individuals who think they can hang up on customers or be disrespectful. Dropping calls is an automatic termination!! I’ll be refinancing my vehicle and taking my business elsewhere. They need training and stop hiring uneducated people who will work for low pay. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else! I will be taking this to the top and the VP & CEO of operations needs visibility on how we are treated. We are the backbone of VEROS credit.

      In the complaint, the Claimant claims poor customer service

      According to our records, on December 02, 2023, claimant and A1 Carz entered into a Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) for the purchase of a used 2005 Hummer H2.  The RISC was assigned to Veros Credit (Company), and an account was created reflecting the obligations thereunder.  Under the terms of the RISC, Claimant promised and agreed to repay the principal amount financed in the sum of $13,105.45, plus a finance charge expressed as interest at the annual percent rate of 28.69%, as more particularly described in the purchase agreement, in monthly installment of $529.09 over 38 months. 

      Veros Credit strives to provide excellent customer service to its customers and its representatives would never communicate with in a rude or inappropriate manner.  Veros Credit appreciates the input and is looking into whether additional customer service training needs to be provided to our representative.  You are encouraged to stay in contact with Veros Credit's customer service department to assist with future needs.

      Im disputing this charged off account because I got scammed , I was sold a Lemon car as a clean title , when I tried returning the vehicle , they did not let me , I turned the vehicle to the Creditor and they marked it down as a repo , sold it at auction to someone else as a clean title , and I was never informed about anything after that , I saw that on my credit Report it was marked as a charge off , I never got any paperwork on it , . I did not receive any documentation when it was reported as a charge off or any of that .I would appreciate your help on taking this charge off of my credit . Thank you

      This communication is in response to a consumer complaint received on April 13, 2024, filed by ********* ******** (“Claimant”) regarding the above referenced ID Number. The details of this communication were forwarded to Veros Credit’s Compliance Department where an investigation into this matter was conducted.

      In the consumer complaint, Claimant does not specifically bring new information.  

      With respect to the position that someone else was referred to, the response included a typographical error at the conclusion of the response. All other information stated in the response related to Claimant. It is noteworthy that Claimant has not taken issue with any specific fact stated therein other than stating it is “false” simply because of the typo.

      The company claims that referring to me with a different name was just a “Typo” , they claim everything else is correct , and they ask for me to provide more information , but I don’t have anything else since I never received any information , at this point they can justify referring to me with a female name of Ms.***** as a simple “typo” but my claims of them having false information  is not justifiable , they did not just misspell my name or anything on their letter they completely changed my name , and with these complaints they , have updated the balance of the closed account with the amount of 5 dollars , I feel like this is just retaliation , all they have is false records and they claim that I never tried to fix anything when I did , but they all of a sudden have no records of it , I also made complaints for Veros Credit with the state attorney’s office and with the Consumer Financial  Protection Bureau all I want is for them to remove this charge off off of my credit and this company wants to continue to lie and use false records against me to get their way . The tactics they use are not lawful in anyway .

      My payment is due every 5th of the month , however around the same time my card information was compromised for 600$ with fraud so I was waiting for my dispute center to resolve this issue. In the mean time I did make a payment for 131 today and I should be able to pay the remaining balance thats well Under $200 on 2-20-24. I am not more than 14 days late to be in reposession status please look into this thank you

      I brought a car in August **** first off There were so many things wrong with car and I told them as well dealership refused to fix I kept telling them that nothing was done. I made a payment plan online to have my payments they said they didnt see it. They spelled my name wrong as well But they reported my vehicle stolen and took it never contacted me or anything I want my money back I put down for this car.

At this time, the Company is no longer the servicer of the purchase agreement. With respect to the down payment, claimant made the down payment directly to the dealership. The Company at no point received any part of the down payment. Please direct any communication related to the down payment to the selling dealership.
