            On December 20, 2023, I purchased a photo booth from Photo Booth Supply Company. The total cost was ********* which included an expedited shipping charge of ****** so that I could use it for New Year's Eve. The equipment arrived broken. I immediately let them know that it arrived broken and provided them photos. They initially said I could send it back for repair. I stated that after the very substantial investment I made, I did not want it repaired but I wanted the part that was broken replaced with a new one. Not until yesterday (1/24/24) did I receive a replacement. I received used equipment. That is completely unacceptable. If I had purchased a brand new car that arrived with broken parts, do I get a used car as a replacement? I was very clear that I would not accept it and will send it back in the morning. I also feel that a charge of ****** should be refunded as it arrived broken.

            I've had my **************** for a few years now and it's been a great side gig for me! Everytime I reach out to Photobooth Supply ** with any questions or concerns, they are SO quick to respond and they always fix my issues! I just recently had an issue with my lights and even though I was a little over the date that my coverage expired, they still fixed it for free VERY quickly. They were able to fix it and ship it back before my next event. 10/10 recommend!
