    We use their appraisal software (the division for that is ACI). They made an error processing a renewal payment and double charged me. They refuse to refund the second charge even though it was the result of their processing error.

    I have filed a claim on a title insurance policy , due to First American Title not addressing two encroachments on the survey.Chase bank would have not of funded on this property loan if these Encroachments existed.The Storage shed with had a 6 inch encroachment on the neighbors property had to be disposed of or i faced a lawsuit from the neighbor.The city code enforcement said it had to be removed.This shed had a value of $6000.

    This is a home warranty complaint. Filed a service request for my AC 8/18/2023. Per technician, compressor needs replacement and was installed on 08/25/2023. I was told by home warranty to pay $540 for this job. AC failed to work, and technician said it's electrical. Electrician was sent to check electrical and claimed HVAC not working properly. He replaced switches to rule out electrical issue. New HVAC technician from another company went to check HVAC. Recommendation is to replace new compressor that was installed and under warranty. Home warranty requested manufacturer to replace compressor but wants to charge me another $540 for the second compressor to be installed. I disputed this and they will not proceed with the work order not unless I agree. I am without AC for almost a month, and I firmly believe I should not be charged $540 twice for a back job because the first compressor installed didn't work. I understand that it is my contract to shoulder $540 as an out-of-pocket expense but not for the same job that failed the first time. Part of the $540 was hauling fee and I only had one compressor. Why do I have to pay two hauling fees? They claim it was a modification, but it's very clear it's a back job. Had issue been fixed properly the first time by installing a compressor in good working condition on Aug 25, I'll only be charged one time, and we wouldn't suffer another 20 days (maybe more) in the heat of *********. In all of these, on Sept 1, I was emailed I can get reimbursed for a relief fund of $150 to buy a portable AC while waiting which actual cost is a lot more and the unit can only accommodate one small room. (I haven't received the reimbursement to date) I also rented portable AC the on first week thinking my AC will be fixed within a week. I only want what is fair - waive the second $540 charge and repair my HVAC ASAP. If they ignore, I will pursue other claims as this experience has brought me too much stress and aggravation.

    After four weeks going on 5, our furnace is still not fixed after requesting a cash-out option due to not liking the company "shady" they sent out. This is 100% not settled in a timely manner which is against ***** law. Furthermore, it's been in the low 30s, and nothing has happened. After calling more than 10 times over several days, we were informed that five offers were made and rejected by their own departments, never even informing us! Today 2/7/2023, a lady called saying the cash-out offer they are making is approximately $700 dollars, and that's all I'm going to get to replace a $5000+ unit. This price, in their words, was because they do so much business with suppliers, which is not accurate, and they get this magical low number. I have contacted a few AC specialists in the area, and they cannot even get in the ballpark for skilled labor. I'm done being taken advantage of and will not accept this unrealistic offer. This is unacceptable. I am now beyond mad at the service of this company!contract number #***********

    They financed 2k with 101 days to pay with no interest, after the **** days our balance goes up to over 8k. They claim you can pay early with no penalties, then wont allow you to log in to pay. **************** number is disconnected and nobody answers when you try the online chat. They are purposely trying to ensure we get hit with insane interest fees.
