      I signed up years ago for a lifetime membership and payed a large amount so that my monthly membership fees stayed the same for lifetime. They keep going up and up every year and Im fed up.

      ****, the General Manager, was running a homosexual grooming operation in his boxing program that involved children. One of his employees, ***** would brag about it and how he was protected. When I told the general manager that I was going to go to corporate with my concerns, he revoked my gym membership.

      Awful service. Once you sign up, you are on your own. Hopefully you dont need anything from anyone. There is such a high turnover, it didnt surprise me that the member services representative that signed me up couldnt help me because he quit shortly after I signed up!I made a simple request April 2023, employees and managers passed the buck and yet not one person followed through with my simple request of taking out my dues on the 5th if they month instead of the 1st.Not even after I filled out their required form.

      This gym seems to scam you by charging late fees every time they take a payment and claim the bank declined the payment when in fact my bank sends notification if they declined anything. They gave me a refund the first time. The second time they issued a credit and now the third time they said a manager would call me and they never called. I think they do this hoping you're not paying attention. I will be canceling my membership soon.

      They are sneaky in their dealings and ask you sign the contract on electronically without giving copy of contract to read before it is filled by them . they say something but fill up something different . I wished i read the reviews before signing it. they over charge and even after you asked then to cancel you contract but they do not cancel unless you keep bugging them. I wish state AG investigate this business' how they are cheating consumers and ripping them off

      They charge for the first and last month immediately. This means if you give them ample time to cancel your membership, they will still keep the money for the last month. On top of that, they require in-person cancellation. Why do gyms need more than 30 day notice to cancel membership without additional fees? Unlike something like housing, gyms do not need to replace my membership immediately to survive. So why are they allowed to have these insane scams front and center for everyone to experience?

      They closed the ************** location on July 31st 2023 and charged me 3 times in July. Including a charge on the last day July 31st. I cannot get a hold of anybody to ask for a refund, not even at the headquarters.

      I had previously prepaid for 3 months and I haven't started my membership yet. I have received many bill collecting calls, and I haven't even started my membership. Please give me a call to resolve. I was planning on coming in this month to start my membership and I don't want to run into any hiccups. I was supposed to get a refund, but I didn't want the agent to lose her "commission" or whatever benefit she got from signing me up, so I was promised it would just hold until I was ready to join. This is their response as of today. "According to the system your membership was frozen for 3 months on July 12th2022 about 1 month after you had signed up. During the 3 months you were billed for the $49 Annual Enhancement Fee which is a once-a-year payment that is billed ******************************************************** not. Then on October 18th2022 your membership had automatically been unfrozen since the 3-month freeze had passed and you were billed $79 for the month of October. The same charge was billed on November 18th2022 for the $79 that were owed to the gym. Shortly after that your membership had been sent to our 3rdparty collections agency for being more than 90 days delinquent. We could instate your membership but that would require $200 of the $216.50 total to reinstate your membership for you so you may continue to use the gym but until then the account will remain in collections. Please let me know what you would like to proceed with for your membership. Best,***************************** UFC GYM **********"I received, no notice, nor paper bill, and they have harassed me and now attempt to collect on a false bill and ruin my credit. This is the first time I was informed of any of these actions. Not through email or paper mail. This is disgusting business practices at theft, lies, fraud.

      Today I was using the sauna and came out to change and heard a man in the bathroom with me. When I asked him to leave, he stated he was fixing the sink. I informed that I did not care what he was fixing and shouldnt be in the womens restroom. He said he would wait and call the front desk. A woman walked in with screwdrivers to hand to him. I asked to speak with management and was told ******* was in a meeting indefinitely. The front desk staff walked to the bathroom and I followed. During which other women were going in to use the restroom. No sign saying closed. No one came to check to see if women were in the restroom. The staff took this as a joke. ******* and ***** still have yet to reach out to me to apologize or inquire about what happened. Ive been trying to contact corporate but theres no way to get through to someone. No number for anyone above Benni. They dont care about their members. And it shows. They dont greet you when you come in and they come off as if they dont have time to talk. When you leave concerns for ***** he never calls back. So I dont expect this to be any different.

      Lied about their 3-year contract prepaid service. Very fraudulent, dishonest and the company should be investigated on their sales practices. Poor customer service as they keep telling you they will call you back but do not. They do not attempt to solve customers issues, just rip them off.
