Terrible customer service! Will not respond to emails. Changed our deductibles without notification and when questioned made up their own point system which doesnt match the California DMV driving records, being charged what the supervisor called a good drivers point for a our car being hit and ran.

AAA *****************************************I was provided false information from an agent ****** **** and charged for a product $137.00 for a car insurance policy for an incorrect region and signed up for a clubmembership I did not ask for. I reside in Northern California. Spoken to several agents and have attempted to contact the agents supervisor. I've received no reply and no refund. I was charged for Southern AAA vehicle insurance and a clubmembership. I was forced to pay again for a correct policy in Northern California. Highly untrustworthy worthy and professional.

Been a premier customer. They canceled me stating my tow was over miles. Never called, emailed, or postal correspondance. Canceled in September 2024, found out in Feb 2025 about cancellation.

we have been AAA members for many years and now that we had a repair done on our car, which was minor. It took over 30 days by one day to get the repairs done, which would have been much less time if the claims adjuster had been able to communicate properly with repair shop. now its an arguing unprofessional battle where I was just told that they have hundreds of customers to help making me feel less than which is psychological minimizing technique that they are using to get out of paying for one more day of a rental car, even though it was their negligence that caused it to take so long for the repair since they were not in communication with the repair shop and the repair shop was left hanging many days and weeks and they have evidence of this show. I left urgent messages for our adjuster and for the adjusters manager and now the managers manager all of the voicemails are not returned, and the one for the managers manager still has the dates that shell be out of town in the end of January and this is February 6. I cant believe how horrible they are and are a bunch of liars. what a disgrace.

AAA is refusing to accept a credit card to pay for my auto insurance. AAA is listed online as accepting Credit Cards as an accepted form of payment for Auto Insurance payments.AAA advertises that it accepts Credit Card payments for automatic monthly payments. A ****** search titled "does AAA accept credit card payments for monthly automatic bill pay " confirms that AAA does accept credit cards, and explains in detail how to set it up your payment online, on the app, on the phone or in person. I have confirmed with multiple individuals who use AAA that they pay with a credit card for their monthly auto payments. When i speak with customer service and ask to change my form of payment to a credit card I am denied. No explanation is given except: We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment for auto insurance. This i believe falls under the category of false advertising. The experience of trying to simply change my form of payment has proven to be extremely frustrating, with unacceptable customer service. This issue needs to be resolved or I will take my business and multiple policies elsewhere.

TRIPLE A is scamming us. If policy is NOT PAID IN FULL upon purchase they charge 18% to go on payment ******* avoid interest fees I sent in A LUMP sum of $530.00 and yet, the interest charges remained the same on the balance!Furthermore, their website will no longer allow me/give me the option to pay off my policy in full.I called and got confirmation from 2 of their customer service team members stating that regardless of paying early, I am still liable for the interest on the entire amount!! I plan to go in person and pay my policy off and shop for my renewal elsewhere... they fallen victims to the greed which characterizes big Corporations these days!!

AAA Southern California ********* area has been and continues to be AAA 5 Star. I have used for flat tire changing on a hot day and tried to help the roadside assistant guy but he saw I was struggling and said he would take care of it. *************** has been used lately and quickly sent service to open the car. The life insurance **** in care of my new policy is so responsive, THANK YOU *****, I will always recommend AAA. It is very reasonable and responsive in *********. The customer service outstanding and courteous. Not many companies have local CS teams and this one does. Thanks AAA. Grateful Customer.

I saw an advertisement on instagram for basic roadside service contract at a really good price. I signed up shortly after signing up I ended up canceling because of the multiple emails texts and phone calls I stared to receive the next day the office opened up. I marked down not call or text box. This company does it care about customers settings. I got two emails from different offices, four text messages from different California area codes 3 phone calls again from different area codes. So, when the last person called me. I had enough. I had him cancel my membership and refund my money. He hung up on me. So I called aaa was transferred to the membership to cancel my account because I wasnt sure if he did follow through. The agent told me he did. If you want people to join your server please have the courtesy of respecting new members who dont want to be contacted. If you have to absolutely contact a new member. Only have one person and only make a minimal attempt. All the contacts were for adding another ******* Yes, I did see that I could add a second ******* I left it blank because I didnt want to add a second *******

I have been a member of AAA of Massachusetts for over 30 years and have had nothing but positive experience with their roadside assistance, travel agency, and insurance. Had to call AAA Southern California to attempt to cancel an auto insurance policy for my 80 yo parent (I have POA) who can no longer drive and no longer owns the car being insured. No less than 8 calls which were dropped, mis-directed, and finally hung up on and no one willing or able to assist with this. But willing to debit money out of her checking account each month. Finally resorted to email request/notice to cancel and have had to stop payment and report future debits as attempted fraud. Quick to take $$ but impossible to end it. Unethical at best and borderline criminal in my humble opinion.
