I started paying for advertising service on December 13 2023 from Triumph Marketing. I paid $199.99 a month for a ****** maps package. After several of not seeing the promised results I could no longer afford the service and decided to cancel. I sent in a cancelation notice and they called and offered me 2 month for free as an apology, because they had not set my account up right. The gentleman I spoke with agreed to call and discuss how things were going. I never received such a call and with out my consent again charged for another month of service. I called the company again and they refuse to help me or refund my recent payment. And if search my company is still not visible on ******.

I am the owner of a pressure washing company. Shortly after starting my business I got a call from ****** at Triumph marketing pitching his *** services to me. We had a lot of discussion about the services he offered, and eventually agreed on a price of around $179/mo for these services. ****** stated that he would have us on the front page of ****** for our category within 12 weeks. This has not happened. They also stated that they will reduce their rates by 75% if this goal is not achieved within 12 weeks of our account being open. This has not happened either. I've made an insane amount of attempts to reach our to ****** to inquire about this. I haven't gotten a single call back.

Dear BBB and Mr. **************** style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, Aptos_EmbeddedFont, Aptos_MSFontService, Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We would like to address Mr. ****** concerns by providing a detailed response regarding our business relationship and the services we provided. Mr. ***** initially agreed to a 6-month prepaid marketing plan for his general contracting business, for which he paid $800.99 in advance. While it did take some time to investigate and resolve the situation, we did make it right with Mr. ****** He continued to use our services after this resolution and remains an active client as of September 2024. Services such as exposure through online platforms and directory submissions were provided, with Mr. ***** receiving credentials for our directory software on 9/21/23, as promised.

This service is a scam. They do not do anything and charge large fees. I've reached out to them multiple times to discuss their product and what they offer, and they will not call me back. I'm reaching out to my bank to refute charges for the last several payments.

A representative called soliciting the ability to increase business with ****** ads placement. I accepted the offer and was told another representative would call and scheduled an appointment. The appointment call was never made to me and the appointment was rescheduled for the next day same time. Again no appointment call so at this time I decided to cancel due to the inability for them to get an appointment completed twice. It showed incompetence in the company. It also caused me to not be able to take appointments which had me losing money. I emailed both customer service and the person I was supposed to have appointment with that I wanted to cancel. I received an email to wait for a call from initial representative to cancel. I don't have time to wait for phone calls and I'm busy with appointments. So I can't sit by the phone all day to take their call. I responded back that I did not want to talk to representative and hear another sales pitch. I just wanted my account cancel and refund of the $99.99 I paid since services have not been delivered. Representative called while I was at an appointment and left a message of a sales pitch which I did not want to deal with. As of time of complaint I still have not received refund. I want account closed and refund of money paid. I do not want a sales pitch of any kind.

    Hello,

This client has already gotten their money back. Of course there was a major misunderstanding with the appointment that was missed, the phone number we put on file was a digit off and we wrote her an email explaining all of this to her, the SAME DAY the appointment was missed we emailed with her. This is highly strange to contact the BBB instead of trying to contact the owner of Triumph first. We run a legit clean business. She didnt receive a sales pitch after she asked to cancel. She asked to cancel with our receptionist who doesnt have the authority to cancel anyone, so her account manager is the one who called her back. Her account is closed and she wont be charged again. She did a fraudulent chargeback with the bank instead of asking for a refund directly with the owner of Triumph.
