    Absolutely infuriating and deeply disappointing. I received a call from Triumph Marketing and I shouldve trusted my gut when it sounded too good to be true. I was misled by a dishonest agent who charged me $398 with grand promises: a follow-up call at 12:00 PM, a direct text to his personal cell, and a guarantee to get my business ranked #1 on ******. None of it happened.When I called back at 12:10 PM, it went straight to voicemail. No return call, no text, no service just lies. The agent, based in **********, completely vanished. This is a textbook scam.I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. What Triumph Marketing did is outright ******** the individual who stole from me: if you're reading this, I hope your mother is proud of raising a thief and a liar someone who scams hard-working people, including military veterans whove served their country. Shame on you.Beware of this company. Stay far away.

While ******s verification process is entirely handled by ****** and not something any third party can control, our team has taken the initiative to reach out to ****** Support on your behalf. We've been communicating directly with them to help expedite your verification and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.Despite our efforts, you placed a cancellation request while we were still working on resolving the issue with ******. Please understand that we have followed through on everything we promised within the scope of our services. Weve acted professionally, provided support, and taken extra steps to assisteven when the delay was entirely out of our hands.We respectfully ask that you reconsider your review, as it does not reflect the full scope of the service provided or the dedicated effort our team has put in to assist you.     I sighed up with triumph marketing last month and still haven't been listed on ******** im not sure if its a ****** thing or them but they aren't answering my emails or calls it goes straight to voice mail everytime

Our team has been diligently working to resolve this issue, but due to a high volume of suspensions affecting many businesses, ****** is experiencing significant delays in processing reinstatements.Regarding ********, we do not create new ******** accounts for clients. However, we can add content to an existing business ******** page once it is connected to our directory software.     I highly recommend Triumph Marketing! Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The ambiance there is always inviting and comfortable.This will definitely be my go-to place for any problems with my ****** Profile account and any ********************** needs! Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. You can ask for ******, ****** or *****, they are amazing people! The best part is the pricing, it is fair and transparent - definitely value for money!Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. If I called and they were not available they would call me back right away and email me too! Everyday we were losing money because we didnt get any calls but not anymore, since they fixed our ****** account the phone is ringing off the hook!!!! Our ****** profile is the first one to pop up when people ****** a mechanic!

I highly suggest these services if you're a new business. Since signing up I have been able to hire additional crews for my lawn care services.     Horrible company, total scam. Signed up with them, was promised all of these deliverables and 1 month in nothing was done. They said it takes 3 months to "program their dashboard" and that my company would be "upside down" for the first year. WTF!! Then to cancel, there is a whole other headache. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

    Horrible and shady sales tactics. They didnt want to let me off the phone so they could pressure me into buying their services. Once I said Im not interested they got rude with me and hung up.

    (NO STAR IF POSSIBLE)I paid for their marketing service and after 2 weeks into the service they made my business listing on ****** look so unorganized and unprofessional. I immediately called the service Rep. **** and explained that I wasn't satisfied with how my ****** business page turned out. I expected an outcome way better from their services, but they made my page look worse. I canceled the services right away with Triumph Marketing and called they're customer support team and ask for a refund of what I paid them, but they wouldn't refund my money back. This isn't a legitimate business who cares about customer support or satisfaction. I wasn't satisfied and the best resolution would have been for them to refund my money back, but instead they were being harsh an cruel stating we don't give refunds. IT'S A SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! ??????????????
