    I wish I could leave 0 stars as a review. I created an account using a referral because I am trying to make some money on the side to pay for a wedding. The account worked just fine for a few days, and then I logged in to find out I my account had been flagged and restricted. When I emailed them to figure out why I had been banned, they just told me that I was flagged and that the money I earned is no longer available to me. This is such a scam of a company. If I did something wrong at least tell me what I did, or give me a warning I guess? But the whole point of the app was to take surveys and that was all I did? They definitely need better customer service and a better 'flagging system

    My account for your company Branded Surveys was deactivated, supposedly their system alerted that I logged into my dashboard in a restricted country. I live in rural ******* and Ive never even been out of the US! I need my account reactivated! My account was already verified, and I cashed out about a week previously. And now, since their system is messed up, I cant even verify my account to get back in to cash out my earnings because I dont have my picture ID which I did not need to begin with. And they offer no other way to verify the account. Which doesnt make sense because my PayPal is verified and linked to my branded survey account. This is very unacceptable. Being that I cannot report their website, I am contacting their parent company. I do look forward to finding a resolution.
