      I am a mobile notary contracted to perform a service for Notary ASAP, Inc. *********** was completed on October 28, 2023. The company advertises that they pay net 30 days from the assignment. Not only are we now at 51 days, but the worst part is that they are completely unresponsive (through email, web portal, and today I called their office phone number which appears to be disconnected). I simply want to be paid the $70 I am owed and remove this company as one that I am willing to do business with from the portal from which I received the assignment. I regret taking this assignment - I had forgotten that a similar situation happened in 2022 where they took 80+ days to pay me for a simple assignment. They are straight-up the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

      I was hired by Notary ASAP for a notary assignment. I completed the assignment and have been unpaid for my services. The phone numbers do not work, I call and it hangs up on me with a message saying invalid number ***************************** I contacted the company who hired this agency. They said they received the work I did from the agency, they paid the agency for my completed assignment. So the Notary ASAP is getting paid for my work and they are not paying me for it.I have researched this company and I am not the only notary completing the assignments promised pay for and have been unpaid.

      I am a mobile notary in *******. On October 21, 2023 I accepted a notary assignment from ******** platform. The assignment was to meet with the signer and obtain his signature for an attorney that was of State. I accepted the assignment, met with the signer and returned the signed document to the attorney on October 23, 2023. As of this date, I have not received payment for services rendered. I regret not checking BBB prior to accepting this assignment as I have not had an issue with any other vendors. I tried to call the phone number provided ************. This is not a working number. I also sent an email, no response.

      As an independent contractor being a Notary Public, I completed one of their orders on 9/21/2023 and have not been paid. I've reached out to this company 3-4 times and still nothing. After reading all of the other complaints, I'm surprised a shady company such as Notary ASAP isn't closed down. My fee wasn't as much as the other complaints but we still deserve payment.

      Contracted on **** through ******** platform to go meet with client ************** in **************, ******* to have him sign documents. the fee to do this was $50. printed out document, had him sign and shipped back. never received payment. reached out to the company several times through snapdocs and directly through email about payment. Was told would have account look into it and then no response at all from company. the person i was corresponding with was a *****************************. I did this in good faith and expected to receive payment 30 days net. only to receive nothing for my time and travel. Pay me my money due to services.

      I completed a job for this company on 9/13 after being contracted by them. Initially, I believed they were a legitimate company as ******** showed they had completed over ****+ orders on their site. Throughout the transaction, they were responsive and communicated effectively until I returned the signed documents. However, after completing the job, they stopped communicating with me and did not compensate me as agreed. I have made multiple attempts to contact them through phone calls and emails, but all their phone numbers are disconnected and I receive no response to my emails. It has been over a month, and I am seeking a resolution. Please exercise caution when dealing with this company as they may be scammers. I am also in need of reliable contact information for them.

      This company owes me $70 for a real estate title package that I was contracted to sign. I am an independent contracted notary that received an order from Notary ASAP through the ******** platform. The job was completed in May 2023, payment was sent via echeck on July 6,20203 and the check failed for insufficient funds. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They NEED to be prevented from doing this to other notaries.

      I am a notary public. I completed a closing for Notary Asap on March 29, 2023. I have not received payment They have not returned any of my calls or emails. I wish I had reviewed the BBB reviews before accepting the assignment. This service sent me another assignment, then canceled it. They had already scammed me. This company needs to be stopped.

      I accepted 3 assignement in December 2022 total compentation is $150. I have yet to be paid in July 2023. I called, emailed and left messages on ******** to no avail. The Agent had the audacity to leave a message on ******** that she submitted the payment using my email to Deluxe checks as an echeck. I traveled down that rabbit hole of lies and reached out to Deluxe and of course they have no records of a payment to me from ***********. They sent a new request July 2023 and I grabbed it just to get their attention and I asked to be paid before completing the July assignment and they removed me from the assignment and said I would be removed from their list, still did not address the payments from 2022. My next steps are civil litigation if the BBB cannot assist. They have violated so many notaries, we should ALL gather together and *** them.

      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS NOTARY. SHE"S A SCAMMER AND WILL NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU DEMAND PAYMENT.I am yet another notary that has not been paid by this company owned by ******************************************* (of ********** and **************). I was hired by her as a third party for ****** and ******* (who really needs to read these reviews before hiring this notary). She/Notary ASAP requested I attempt a signing by door knocking for ****** and ***************She even added extra (so casually) to complete this signing. This notary had no intention of paying when she incentivized completing this signing.What's worst is I explained that I reviewed this company and their reviews of non payment; My mistake in believing when ********************************* confirmed I would be paid by *******This signing is now past the invoice date and still no payment.Please report her to your signing services to get her off those platforms.
